Avoid this clinic if you want medical care instead of pressure tactics. I clearly stated that I do NOT want a family doctor.That choice should have been respected. Instead, from the moment I walked in, the receptionist asked family doctor registration.I declined and she was fine. I thought that is over now. During the appointment, Dr. Rouhi showed minimal interest in my actual health concerns and kept shifting the focus back to enrolling me as a family doctor patient. Even after lab tests, the follow-up call again prioritized family doctor registration over properly explaining my results or addressing my concerns. I’ve been to this same clinic in the past when Dr. Honardar was practicing here, and back then I was NEVER pressured to sign up for a family doctor. The difference in experience now is obvious and disappointing. This clinic has clearly changed — patient care has taken a back seat to pushing enrollment. I felt dismissed, pressured, and unheard. If you value respectful, patient-focused care, don’t waste your time here.

From start to finish, our experience at this clinic was outstanding. Booking an appointment for my child was quick and easy, and when we arrived, the staff were so kind and helpful. Dr. Reza Rouhi saw us promptly and provided excellent care with efficiency and compassion. This is our second visit this year, and both times have been seamless and positive. I honestly don’t understand how anyone could give less than 5 stars. Highly recommend!

Dr. Chaudhary was my family doctor for over seven years. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with her care. She always rushed through my appointments and never took the time to listen to me, even when I asked her to. I often felt dismissed and unheard. In 2023, I had an MRI. She told me everything looked fine and that there was nothing to worry about. Because I’m a cancer survivor, I always stay very careful about my health. In July 2025, I changed doctors, and my new doctor reviewed the same MRI and found a lump in my throat that had been visible since 2023 — something Dr. Chaudhary never mentioned or discussed with me. Now I’m facing surgery because of this missed finding. I want to share my experience so others can be cautious. Please make sure to ask questions and review your own test results carefully if you see this doctor.

Dr. Kamel is very caring, kind, and patient. She always listens and makes me feel comfortable. I’m really grateful to have her as my family doctor.

The doctor was very rude and dismissive. I initially called a dermatologist who I'd seen before to request an appointment. They told me that if I got a doctor's referral, they could see me sooner. I called my family doctor, but no appointments available, so I came to this walk in clinic.
