2 months agoGot told 1 hour wait, I've been here 2 hours and 10 minutes, still waiting to be seen. Their parking stalls are only 45 minutes so I may have a ticket. The only washrooms here are for urine samples and a staff washroom. I just used the sample one because I've been here 2 hours and nature calls. None of the hand sanitizer stations work. The washroom I went pee in had no soap so I washed my hands where they weigh you. Honestly I've typically had an ok experience here, they forgot about me in a room one time was about my only complaint to date. Today has been an atrocious experience. Enough to change my good review to a negative one. The Dr's and staff are typically nice, today was baaaaad.

3 months agoDoctors and nurses are fine. Wait times are typical for busy walk-in hours (1 hour- 1.5 hour). All annoyances stem from contact with the clinic themselves. They have a poorly set up 'AI receptionist' to help with busy wait times but ends up making setting up an appointment or asking any general inquiries (speaking with a receptionist) impossible. Once you have met with a doctor, they will not contact you via. sms or email, making you have to call the number; where the freaking AI assistant will ruin the rest of your day. waste of time.

4 months agoI called in today to make an appointment and waited 15 minutes on hold to talk to someone. That is fine I can handle that I am sure they are busy. The lady that assisted the appointment time was extremely short and rude. I had one last question to ask and mid sentence she said bye and hung up! I was stunned. I am now calling back to cancel our appointment. You have one job and its to deal with the public, be kind and polite. I was extremely patient and kind even though she was short and abrupt. Treat people the way you want to be treated its simple.

4 months agoWent for a walk in. There was no one at reception, only a small sign to check in via QR code. I did that. After 20 minutes of waiting, a receptionist finally came to the desk. I went up to confirm the registration process worked, and she said she didn't have my son in the system. So, register again. She was gone from the desk for the majority of our wait. We waited for 1 h 45 minutes to be seen (with 4 other people ahead of us). Once we were seen, the doctor ignored some red flag symptoms (returning fever, symptoms worsening after 2.5 weeks, among others) and told us to try allergy medication. There were toys in the waiting room that were black from dirt/use, as well as the green kids chairs that more resembled a camo pattern from the accumulated grime. The bathroom soap dispenser was not working, and there were no tissues available anywhere in the waiting area nor the exam room. I wouldn't waste my time here again.

3 months agoAround 7:00 pm, my wife badly sliced her finger in the kitchen. The cut was severe enough that bandages and gauze were not sufficient, so we went to Medicare Walk‑In Clinic Country Hills, which advertises online that it closes at 8:00 pm. We arrived just after 7:35 pm. My wife entered with thick gauze wrapped around her finger, visibly bleeding and clearly in need of medical attention. She was immediately turned away by the receptionist and told they had “accepted their last patient of the day.” No assessment was offered, no basic care was provided, and no alternative clinic or urgent care option was suggested. She was sent back outside while still bleeding and in pain. Regardless of internal cutoff times, turning away a visibly injured patient without any assessment or guidance falls well below reasonable expectations for a walk-in medical clinic. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.
