I was a walk-in patient who saw Dr. Wang. Great experience at Seton Medical. From the moment Chao took my phone call, I felt taken care of. Amber ( I hope I got that correct) was also wonderful checking me in; friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The whole team made the visit smooth, easy and comfortable. Really appreciate the great care.

To all the wonderful staff at Seston Medical, I just want to express my heartfelt gratitude for everything you do. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine care make every visit feel safe and comforting. I’ve come to know so many of you over time, and it truly feels like being among friends. You treat every patient with warmth and respect, and that means more than words can say. Thank you for being exceptional — not just as medical professionals, but as people. You make a real difference. With appreciation, Maya ❤️

I am a regular visitor to this clinic. Every time I visit, I have felt uncomfortable with the attitude of the reception staff, and this recent incident has prompted me to write this. Even when I greeted them, they did not respond and asked, “Name? Date of birth?” in a rude manner. When I was instructed to apply sanitizing gel, I experienced an irritated tone saying, “Make sure you apply it properly.” In the past, I overlooked this due to my limited English skills, but after what happened recently, I can no longer tolerate it. During a recent phone call from the clinic to schedule an appointment, I asked if there were other available dates. The staff member responded irritably, sighing and saying, “I already told you this date.” Why would coordinating a schedule be a problem? Did I ask an inappropriate question? I cannot understand how such rude behavior can be displayed so confidently. If this had been a single incident involving a single staff member, I might not have written this. However, this was not the first time, and considering the repeated disrespect I have experienced during visits and the recent rude phone call, I can no longer overlook it. The staff members who displayed rude behavior are as follows: • Black-haired Western female (provided unpleasant responses at the reception) • Black-haired East Asian female (handled the phone call) (has the characteristic accent of a warm country) I hope that the unreasonable behavior of these two staff members does not overshadow the positive aspects of the clinic. If anyone at the clinic reads this, I hope that they pay attention to staff management to ensure that incidents like this do not happen again. (I am updating my post after seeing the manager's reply. It was about six months ago when I met the dark-haired Westerner. I do not know if that staff member is still there, but I clearly had an unpleasant experience. I am not bored enough to make up stories and post them.)

My parents have been with Dr. Cullingham for over 6 years, fortunately we were able to find a family doctor when the clinic was still new and accepting patients. I’ve never had a doctor so understanding and caring, even when I felt like I didn’t deserve the medical care she provided. By far she’s one of the best family doctors that we’ve had, I’d like to thank her and the staff for helping us out, grateful to have her as our doctor!

I had a meet and greet with Dr. Han probably 5-6 years ago and since that time she has been “on leave”. I have never seen her for any medical issue since I have been under her care, my son and I are shuffled from doctor to doctor depending on who is available. I finally got tired of the situation and found another family doctor, now the clinic wants to charge me $50 to transfer my file. I explained that I needed to transfer because I have literally NEVER had access to my doctor and as I now have a small baby this is not acceptable. I was told it was the clinic managers decision and that I needed to pay. I have never been required to pay to transfer my records by any other office in Calgary. The only bright spot of this clinic is Dr. Folden. She is so kind, patient and really takes her time with you. She was wonderful every time I saw her.
