South Calgary Health Center Urgent Care

Went to Urgent care with what turned out to be a broken foot. It was quiet at the time and I was seen quite quickly. Had X-rays taken and was fitted with an air boot when the breaks were confirmed. The nurses were wonderful and so was the doctor and all the staff . Because I couldn’t remember what had happened I was also referred to a Cardiologist and was seen by her within a few days. Had a follow-up appointment after two weeks and again could not have asked for better care.!

The last two of my visits were very positive experiences at this Urgent Care location. In today’s world receiving exceptional care at a health care facility is a blessing! My sweet nurse Jennifer took time for human connection and my doctor was also kind to me and his colleagues. Thank you all who work so hard every day to provide excellent patient care. May you be blessed beyond any measures.

Came in around 6pm for a deep cut, got in pretty fast and left around 9pm. The doctor and nurses were kind and friendly. The atmosphere felt calm and very clean. Would definitely come here again (let’s hope I never have to LOL)

Saw Dr David Rudkin for my displaced arm fracture. He manipulated it back into place so well that I have avoided surgery. Such a nice informative guy. Very happy with all the treatment I received there and the nurses were so kind and gentle to me.

We had a pretty uncomfortable interaction with Nurse Kim. She was quite rude, cold and snappy. I don’t often write reviews and for a nurse it seems redundant to leave a review however someone should chat with her. I can guarantee if we felt it others did as well. There’s a difference in being firm because it’s needed and just rude. Also, she told us we just had a cold. After examination it was pneumonia, what if we had listened to her and left? All other interactions with other staff were great and appreciate their hard work!
