Delta Walk-in and Family Medical Clinic

I've been coming to this clinic for a handful of years now. It started because it was by where I lived, but even after moving away by a significant distance I loyally come here. Why? 1.) Dr.Raslan is a beautiful human with a admirable story of life. He has always been appropriate, welcoming, non-judgemental, and intelligent. He has never judged me for my sex life, or my mental health issues. He was completely understanding anytime I've caught a female doctor for "woman's issues". Overall, he is an amazing person who genuinely cares, and it shows. 2.) The pharmacists might just be my favorite part. They are cheerful, welcoming, respectful, and understanding. They've always been really good about troubleshooting and providing solutions regarding my medications. And best yet, anytime you pick up your medications - they give you a tasty treat! 3.) The receptionists are friendly, well organized, and will go above and beyond for you. 4.) The wait time is usually under an hour, max roughly 1h30min. 5.) The facility is always well maintained. They have a really nice private bathroom. Overall 1000/10. Definitely would recommend.

My family doctor is located here. Been a patient here for over a year now and every time, without fail, the receptionists are incredibly rude and unprofessional and have a poor attitude. The professional way to answer a phone is "Hello Delta Medical Clinic, Please Hold" not just "HOLD" because it sounds like you are saying "hello" as you aren't clear in saying it and it is very abrupt. When talking on the phone I was hung up on (this has happened multiple times) and when I stated "you hung up on me mid sentence" the response was "no mam. I am busy." Secondary, telling me you are very busy as a client is very unprofessional. We are all busy. We all have lives. We know you are busy. Don't work at a high stress job if you can't handle it. I have seen them on their personal phones, many times, texting or talking while I was standing up front at the desk waiting to be helped. Have had a time where I had a serve cut and was bleeding quite a lot and the receptionist didn't even look up for 10mins because she was texting. Until she looked up and saw blood everywhere. I hope this is seen as constructive criticism as I believe just making small changes like this can benefit a workplace overall. I have already made the changes to switch doctor's. Needed to get this out there because I am tired of putting up with the unprofessionalism.

Delta Medical Clinic goes above and beyond with the care and compassion they give to each and every individual! The front desk staff welcome you with both professionalism and kindness, the Doctor's here actually take the time to listen.You walk away feeling valued and heard. And finally there is the pharmacy team who ask the questions to ensure your medication needs are perfectly fulfilled. I am truly blessed to find such an incredible medical clinic!

I had an amazing experience at Delta Medical Clinic! There was zero wait time, which is always a huge plus. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the professionalism of the doctors and nurses really stood out. I felt well taken care of from start to finish.
