The receptionist is so rude and condescending. I basically called in to book an appointment she told me only walk in she can’t book appointments and basically come and see. Lady I don’t have time that’s why people book appointments so they can plan their day. Proper training on how to talk to people will help. No wonder their rating is 3. Good luck with that attitude.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fadel for over two years, I have found him to be a no nonsense typ of individual, who knows what he is talking about and what the need of his patients are, he took an hour talking to me, the first time, because he wanted to know the real story to my illness and condition, highly recommneded, a vey high minded, noble individual.

Very efficient place, the doctor was very kind and so were the people at the front. They were very good about my ID and Healthcare Card not having the same sex listed on them and respected my identity and addressed me properly. Going into healthcare clinics in alberta has been very dangerous for me but this place was lovely!!

Dr.Fidel Eledrisi discriminates against homeless people. You could tell from the start of my appointment he wasn't going to help me. I was looking to get ensures because I am at hope mission and start a job monday so I can work and nit be homeless anymore. I will miss both breakfast and lunch and am malnourished. He denied my request to fill out a special authorization form for the existing prescription I have and told me it was not the shelters job to feed me it is my job to feed myself. If you dont mind being judged and disrespected then go see this Doctor. Yes, malnourishment can be a valid reason to obtain special authorization for products like Ensures (oral nutritional supplements) if they are not universally covered, as it falls under specific clinical criteria for funding and access. Healthcare providers must complete and submit a special authorization request, demonstrating that the patient meets established criteria for malnourishment or has a high risk of it.

The Medicine Place clinic on 107 Av has been my go to for me and my family for many years. The doctors are very thorough and patient. The 2 ladies that only work on Sunday always make my experience better and always do their best to accommodate me. I always wait to see the doctor until Sundays. They definitely deserve a raise and need to work more often than just Sundays.
