Dr. Gaas is the best family doctor! I have tried going to other clinics when this clinic was closed. Dr. Gaas' care and compassion is incomparable to the doctors in those clinics. Those doctors were always in a rush to attend to your medical needs and their receptionists are rude. I cannot give a review about their receptionists because they are sometimes nice and sometimes rude/unfriendly.

Unprofessional, not enough doctors. Always 2 hours wait time. Receptionist is rude for no reason like they have another job to do :) overall not worth the time to go in here absolute garbage.

I am giving 3 stars only because of Dr. Gaas. He is really good. Having said that, he is our family doctor and yet I can never make an appointment. Visiting him means one whole day is gone. I come with our picnic basket… food, books everything to entertain us while waiting to be seen. I wish they had few days that one could make an appointment.

I tried making an appointment for a check up or physical, when I phoned in, they said it was walk in only. I showed up to a full waiting room twice and opted not to wait. I then showed up 30 min prior to them opening their doors as well as 7 people ahead of me, which I took notice of where I am in the lineup. Then about 5 other people showed up behind me. The doors opened and people from the back of the line shot up to the front. These people are rude and they know where they should have been in the lineup. There were two line ups formed as there were two receptionists. Then the one receptionist told everyone to form one lineup. I ended up at the back of the line up. When the guy ahead of me was up, he told the receptionist that he had an appointment for 9am. This after I was told no appointments, walk ins only. They should have a number or ticket dispenser program, so when you arrive you take a number in that order. The receptionists were kind to me and not rude. The doctor apologized to me when he finally made it to see me, approx 2hrs later. Anyways their is a sign on the door saying that they will be closing around July 25th, indefinitely, as the doctor was leaving the country. I suggest finding another place if you need medical assistance.

Dr. Gaas is one of the best family doctors in Edmonton. He's too kind and considerate, and always listens to your concerns and respects your opinion about your health issues. Too bad it's only a walk-in clinic, I wish to have this dr. as my family doctor. I've seen some other ones, and for some reason they give you some weird attitude. Reception staff are also very nice. Yes, you always have to wait for minimum an hour or two, but I don't care, it's worth it for this Dr's service!
