Granville Medical Clinic

This clinic is superb. My experience with Dr Sharma has been excellent. He is a highly professional, knowledgable and thoughtful Doctor. His follow-up on test results is exceptional. I feel very lucky to have found this clinic and Dr Sharma. Also, kudos to the receptionists. They work in a challenging and high stress environment and have to deal with a lot of negativity, but are always professional, friendly and courteous.

I have been a patient of this clinic since Dr. Murphy was actively working. My family sees DR. Crosby and she is amazing, knowledgeable and helpful. We love how she takes times and listens to us. There may be a long wait for her even if we have an appointment but it is definitely worth it. We moved far from the clinic but still comes to see her. The receptionists are very kind, hardworking and friendly. It saddens me that some patients think they are lazy. As a patient, i have waited at the reception area even when the clinic is close (and we are still waiting to be seen as Dr. Crosby is very thorough). I have observed the way they work. Receptionists does not only answer calls and books an appointment, they also have other things to do. They eat their lunch late while working to make sure they get as much job done, they answer e-mails (from my experience) even after hours or before 4 in the morning. They check in patients and do more. Is that being lazy? I don't think so! Me and my family greatly appreciates the doctors and staff at this clinic. They are bunch of wonderful people.

Showed up at 7am got seen within 5 minutes, although it seemed busier by 7:15. The doctor was efficient, and handed out two prescriptions within 10mins. I was happy with the visit, but when I got to the pharmacy, one of the prescriptions was wrong. I called the clinic, and they assured they would fax the pharmacy and get it fixed for me, which never ended up happening. Good and efficient clinic, but make sure to triple check what you're getting and why

I went this morning and the service was fast and effective, from the front desk lady that helped me explaining what I need to present to my travel insurance to the doctor appointment. Doctor Brown was great, did many questions to make sure about what could have happened with me and asked for an exam that I did on the clinic. After that, he gave me the referral for an emergency room, to make sure that I will have accurate exams to my situation.

This is an excellent clinic. I can always get an appointment and the people working on reception are lovely. My doctor here is so professional, always proactive with keeping up with blood tests etc. They’re certainly the best doctors I’ve been to in the Vancouver/ lower mainland area.
