This place is great. GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT RECEPTIONIST. Super helpful and patient! But the nurse or doctor Alex was just rude. please avoid this guy if you want a good experience. Everyone else was great and put up with me but this guy was just superfluous. I gave this place 4 stars and the last star i’m taking away because of the nurse. EVERYONE else is great and super friendly though.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Farah yesterday🌺He removed my lower wisdom tooth, which I know is usually a very difficult one to extract ,but he did it so smoothly and gently that I didn’t feel a thing🌟It was done in just a few seconds. He’s extremely skilled, kind, and professional, and his customer service is truly exceptional. I’m so grateful for his great work and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent dentist.🙏🌟🌺 I also want to give a big thank you to Sepideh, the dental assistant♥️🌺She was incredibly kind, gentle, and supportive throughout the whole procedure. Her calm and friendly attitude made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She truly cares about the patients and makes the whole experience much easier. I really appreciate her professionalism and warm personality🌺♥️🌟🙏

Ive been a patient at this clinic my whole life, My medical provider is Dr Justine Stewart and she's amazing, she genuinely shows care and concern for her patients and takes her time helping me understand what I need to do for anything. I would also like to shoutout the staff at REACH community health Centre. They are extremely attentive and quick tor respond, specifically Seth, he was great help and very kind. He made me feel comfortable and I am extremely grateful. I would recommend anyone to come here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am extremely grateful to Dr. Lily Wong and her colleague at REACH Clinic Vancouver. From the moment I arrived, they treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine care. They worked as a great team and took the time to listen and understand my situation, which made me feel safe and supported. Their professionalism and compassion meant a lot to me, and they helped me far more than I expected. I highly recommend REACH community health center to anyone looking for caring and dedicated healthcare professionals.

If this review was based solely on my Doctor, my counsellor and the pharmacy and the incredible care and compassion I have received from them five stars would not be enough. But the front desk staff is where the issue starts and the horrendous amount of time I have had to wait for someone to answer the phone is incomprehensible. This isn't a new problem, it's been like this for years. I select the option for medical and the correct option for my doctor and then I am placed on hold for anywhere between 10 to 30 min, if it's even answered. Sometimes the call is disconnected. When I do finally get through and I ask the front desk staff why I've had to wait for half an hour for them to answer the phone. I get a rude response and get told "We're very busy here." It is absolutely impossible for them to be that busy. every single time I've ever called over the many years. I can't actually recall them ever answering the phone within five minutes. So update: Got your reply and your reply was not helpful. I am fully aware that I can book appointments online and I do that whenever possible but sometimes people still need to call in for various reasons. As I'm writing this I'm on hold for fourteen minutes. Why am I on hold at exactly 9:00 am? It's because I booked the only appointment I could get online. The problem is my appointment is a month away and my prescriptions won't last until then, even with an emergency refill I won't have enough until my appointment. So I HAVE TO CALL to see if there's a cancelation list. I called at 8:53 am and explained the situation and the woman said call back at 9:00. So I call at exactly 9:00 am and it is now 14 mins on hold. This is utterly ridiculous. When I did finally get through I told the receptionist how long I'd been on hold for and she was surprised to hear this and told me that that makes no sense because all the phone lines are open.So something is obviously wrong. Someone needs to look into this
