REACH Urgent and Primary Care Centre

My daughter received excellent care yesterday. A small waiting room , people were triaged considerably fast, the staff were so kind and efficient. The clinic itself is spotless and a private space for her was much appreciated.

Very frustrating experience overall. The nurse saw me quickly at the start, but after that it turned into complete uncertainty and a waste of time. The clinic still uses old paper forms, and once you’re checked in, it feels like you’re just left in limbo with no process and no communication. What really bothered me was the pure lack of basic clarity: no indication of urgency, no idea where you are in the queue, and not even a rough wait-time estimate. You’re basically expected to sit there and hope for the best. I understand clinics can be busy, but this isn’t about being “a bit delayed” — it’s about having zero transparency and leaving patients in the dark. This could be handled so much better with simple updates and a more organized system.

REACH is the most caring and thoughtful clinic I’ve ever seen. Every detail is to support the widest variety of people possible. I have never been to a walk in that made me feel seen and cared for like reach has.

worst place went there for help they wouldn't help me because it wasn't urgent they said, meanwhile I was bleeding with open skin wounds

I arrived at 12:30, the checkin was quick. I asked if they were busy? "No," the nurse saw me almost immediately, took my vitals, all good. She said about an hour. OK I will go for coffee. 2&1/2 hours later I asked reception. A 1/2 hour later I left. Parking is expensive Just my observation but I think my gender [male] had a hand in it also i only needed 5 minutes to get a common prescription. They knew that. Still a big waste of my time.
