used this specific platform a few times in the last couple years... can't say I've ever had any kind of negative experience thus far! My appointment this morning with Dr. Chelsie Velikovsky was no different... super punctual with timing.. appointment was at 11:20 and I believe the phone rang right at 11:20... by 11:25 the appointment was done and all concerns/questions I had, had been answered and dealt with. also, super easy to understand and communicate with... I did choose Dr. Velikovsky, mainly because we share the same first name... lol 5+ stars! :)

My girlfriend found this fantastic website. I had a skin infection from my toddlers scratching at me in her sleep. At first, the website had no doctor's in "my area" , so I changed provinces and I was able to get a phone call appointment within a few hours. I chose to pay out of pocket but there is a place to put your health card in- even still, I paid $60!! Before this, another app wanted $210. I filled out a few questions, uploaded a photo, and chose a doctor and a timeslot. The phone rang at the exact time slot and I was placed on a very short hold. I was greeted by a very friendly doctor who went over my notes and photo and my allergies. The doctor agreed I had an infection and sent off a prescription to the pharmacy that I had pre-filled out in the notes section. It was easy, fast, friendly.. and as soon as we hung up I called the pharmacy and they had already received the fax. Just going through this next level doctor visit made me feel much better already. This is my new go to for quick and effective medical issues. I live in Quebec, and the only way to be seen the same day would have been if I presented myself at a hospital or call 811, triaged, then they would have found an appointment for me that day or the next if it could wait or stay for 10 hours for a doctor.

Only used it once so far but soooo much better than Telus Health when it comes to speed and availability. I was able to book an appointment same day which is fantastic. I think if they had an app it would be fabulous but even how it is, it's great. It appears that they have a lot of things they can offer as well. When I went to book my appointment I had a choice of a half dozen doctors who were all available within an hour. My own family doctor is booking 3 weeks in advance, so this was great. Hopefully it keeps going like this (Telus Health was great but declined significantly once it got popular). **Also want to note, that I'm in ontario. It seems a lot of the poor reviews are from BC. Mine was a video appointment and had zero issues.

Highly recommend. I just needed a prescription refill. I went online at 9:30am on Sunday. Booked a phone call appointment with a dr at 10:06am. There were 3or 4 doctors to choose from. He refilled my prescription and I had it within the hour. This was my first time using this service and I am happy with how quickly I was able to speak with a dr and with the ease of process.

Booked an appointment, The Dr did not call at all. Still got charged the full amount. I tried contacting their support which is only through their website, they do not have a functional phone or email, I did not receive help at all. Please avoid, there are alternative better services out there.
