Contrary to the negative reviews, I have typically had a positive experience here. We need to remember that many of the physicians in this province are double, even triple booked sometimes, to accommodate emergencies and such. If you feel like your doctor isn't listening, be honest and tell them. Sometimes they don't realize it because they have a lot going on. Same with reception. They are multitasking a thousand things. Dr. Noreen Nasir has been great to me. She is thorough, listens to my concerns, and trusts my OWN judgement of MY OWN body which I appreciate. If I have to wait occasionally, I don't mind. This is the system in Canada and is not isolated to this clinic. They are doing their best. Thank you for all you guys do.

I initially wanted to leave a positive review for Dr. Dr Mahmood Nasir after our first visit as a walk-in for my mother. He seemed professional and caring, and we left with a good impression. However, our second appointment was very disappointing. We returned to discuss my mom’s blood work and medications, but Dr. M. Nasir was noticeably different this time: impatient, dismissive, and seemingly in a rush to move on to the next patient after one hour wait time. He even told us to find a family doctor instead of continuing the discussion. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, whether at work or personally, but patients deserve to be treated with respect and patience regardless. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling unvalued and unwelcome.

I've been here several times, and always saw the doctor within half an hour. Reception was friendly and kind. The doctor always took the time to listen to my concerns, and treatment was thorough and helpful. The waiting room and other areas are clean and comfortable.

We use this as our walk in clinic and have been very happy with it every time!! If you show up 15 mins ahead of the time they open, you get to be the first one to see the doctor. No complaints here! I've only seen East Indians working here but their English is good.

Dr Akhtar is very nice and was wonderful with my daughter at her first visit. I’ve only had good experiences there myself with the walk in service. Very nice front desk staff as well
