a month agoI had a really nice experience at the clinic. Even though the front desk receptionists were quite busy, they still took the time to help me. They were very polite, patient, and professional the whole time. I could see they had a lot to manage, but they still treated everyone kindly and answered my questions without rushing. Their friendly attitude made the visit much more comfortable for me. I truly appreciate their help and great customer service. 💕

a month agoI was very disappointed with the front desk staff during my recent visit. When I walked in to check in, all 3 receptionists were loudly chatting with each other. I waited, then approached the desk and mentioned I needed to check in. Instead of greeting me or assisting me, they simply pointed to the iPad without saying a word and went right back to their conversation. During this time, they also ignored several incoming phone calls, which explains why it’s so difficult to reach anyone by phone to this clinic. On the positive side, Dr. Chan was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained next steps, and made sure I felt informed and supported. Hoping the clinic can improve the front desk experience, because the doctor’s care deserves better support.

a month agoIt’s hard to get ahold of anyone. I often have to wait 10–15 minutes on the phone just to reach someone. The clinic itself is great, but it can be exhausting trying to get through. They should consider hiring more reception staff to make it easier for patients to get in touch. Also, after being on hold for a certain time, the call automatically disconnects, and you have to start over. It’s very frustrating and is making me consider finding another doctor.

3 months agoMy doctor is great here, it’s a nice clinic and clean, waiting room is a bit small but I’ve never had to stand. One complaint however is that the check-in is on a machine, while 3 clerks were goofing off, on their phones, and could have been checking someone in instead. I would think the self check-in could be utilized when staff isn’t there or on the phone, but they make it unprofessional. Speaking to someone makes the experience more personal and you feel listened to. With flu season and so many people touching the iPad it must be very unhygienic.
