Trucare Medical Clinic & Walk In

Very wonderful team of doctors. It was my first time visiting this clinic and I really liked everything. The staff was very kind and professional, and they made me feel comfortable right away. I was seen quite quickly and only waited about 30–40 minutes. The doctors were attentive, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions. I’m very grateful for the care and would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

I had a very negative experience with Dr. Adetola Charles Adeyekun. The doctor was extremely rude and aggressive during the appointment. Every question I asked was met with an irritated or hostile response, which made the entire visit very uncomfortable and stressful. Communication was also very difficult. The doctor's English was hard to understand, and the strong accent made it even more challenging to follow what he was saying. This made the appointment even more frustrating because I couldn't clearly understand the explanations or answers to my questions!!! I honestly do not understand how a physician can communicate with patients in such a disrespectful way, especially when people come in worried about their health or their child's health. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this clinic. I have been here twice before and the doctors were just as unpleasant and unprofessional. It's very disappointing to encounter this kind of attitude in a place where patier hould feel supported and res, ed.

This clinic is terrible. When you book an appointment with your doctor, you come in, explain what is bothering you, and the doctor just tells you to book another appointment, saying that only then something can be decided. When you call them, they immediately put you on hold for 5–10 minutes. You wait on hold, and then they simply end the call without answering. Overall, I do not recommend this clinic at all.

Front staff are quite unfriendly both times I’ve stopped in. Physicians that I’ve seen as walk-in never introduce themselves and have terrible bedside manner. Dr. Adetola Charles Adeyekun was a bit rude and unfriendly when examining my 9 month old, to the point where my baby cried. He was dismissive of everything we told him, including instructions we’ve been following from a previous paediatrician. I was excited to have a clinic close by with so many accepting physicians but after my experience, I’ll be looking elsewhere for a family physician to trust with my family’s care.

Do NOT go to this clinic. At first, this clinic seemed great, but the more I went, the worse the experience got. A doctor at the women’s clinic was rude and very aggressive during testing, and when I went back to check a deep cut on my foot, the SAME doctor just said to “put Polysporin and a band-aid on it.” She even put the sticky part on the cut, making it bleed again. Thankfully, the front desk staff were kind professional enough to fix it properly. I came here because it’s hard to find female walk-in doctors, but I won’t be returning.
