Dr. Mohsen and all the staff members are super compassionate and kind. They have always accommodated me well, even though I have a tendency to ask excessive questions. Moreover, the standard of service provided is top-notch as the clinic including the nurses’ station and all the examinations rooms are kept very clean.

So far was a nice. I went there this last monday. Reception staff seemed friendly. I was walk in clinic patient and I didn't have to wait(may be it was early morning that's why). Then I got diagnosed by doctor. My tongue was swollen and doc said me to open my mouth amd say "aa.. Sound as they basically do. As my tongue was swollen, so he couldn't see much and said to close mouth. My issue was with throat that I have a histry of acid reflux, it seems there is something stuck in my throat amd doesn't matter how hard I try to blow my nose, it won't come out. My voice is broken, when i speak or try to sing, it automatically stops, I snore now idk why may be because one of my nostrils is always blocked. And I got treated for that blocked nostril with $42 spray and no refer to any laryngologist. I hope I will get good by couole days as told by doctor. Wish me luck 🤞

I came in for a pregnancy check-up, and during the visit Dr. Muhsen asked for my weight. When I replied “200 pounds,” his response was, “only 200?” followed by laughter. I felt completely humiliated. To make matters worse, he then looked at my partner and said, “well he’s definitely more,” again laughing as though this were a joke. Then he proceeds to ask if I like eating suggesting this is why I’m overweight where I explain that I can go an entire day without eating and it’s mostly because of stress that messed up my metabolism. He seemed like he didn’t believe it and just said “hmm that could be a reason maybe.” On top of that, we waited for over an hour before even getting checked in, only to be told that the pregnancy test and other blood work couldn’t be done today because it was “too late.” After waiting so long, this was very frustrating. He told me to come back the next day and results would be another 2-3 days. I was shocked that a physician would speak to a patient in this way. Weight and health are deeply personal topics, and many people face health issues that aren’t visible. To dismiss this with laughter shows a serious lack of empathy and kindness. What may have seemed like a joke to him was not a joke to me. As a doctor, professionalism and compassion should come first. His behaviour was unprofessional, disrespectful, and insensitive. We have been visiting this clinic for the last two years, and this is the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this. I am truly appalled. I strongly believe Dr. Muhsen would benefit from training in empathy and communication because the way he treated me demonstrated a lack of the basic human skills required to be a physician. Patients should never feel laughed at or diminished during care. I would not recommend visiting him, especially if you are dealing with health concerns that require sensitivity and compassion.

Receptionist was rude, like really rude! Waiting time was average, 20-30 mins. Doctor was good, told the problem, cause and treatment plan in detail. Answered all my questions. Overall, a good experience.

This location is convenient for me and all the doctors including Dr. Muhsen are great. They ask questions, listen and I don't have a negative thing to say about the medical staff. But the receptionists, both blonde and south asian women are so rude I've considered not returning. The vibe is negative until you're safe inside an examination room away from them. And it's been like this for the 3 or 4 years I've been coming here. I have all my records here and it would be super inconvenient to go through everything with another clinic. But I was glared at as I walked through the door today and Cam was more hostile than usual. They were bad mouthing someone behind the desk as I sat in the waiting room and I wanted to leave, but I needed my refills.
