Mountain Medical Walk-In Clinic

The doctor who attended us showed zero kindness or empathy toward people who don’t speak English very well. She was very rude in her treatment in that regard. The care was not good, nor was the examination she performed on my son.

This is the best walk in clinic I've ever used. The wait times are the shortest I've experienced, matter of fact today I walked right in. The guy at reception is always kind, and the female doctor here is amazing. She actually listened to my concern and asked me many questions. So helpful and so knowledgeable. Don't know why there are so many bad reviews. 5 stars from me.

I find the service fast and friendly. The assistant Yousaf helps with making it lesser of waiting in silence by checking your weight, blood pressure etc. I feel that part of their professional meetings/discussions is to ensure patients stay engaged while waiting to see a physician. Great experience with doctor Harriet. Thank you for treating me with respect and understanding.

After waiting for one hour, the doctor, a very impolite short woman tells me that I have to call my doctor, who doesn't work on Thursday, that's why I was there. And request him to fax to her a list of all my medications. The woman seems to be in a bad mud, as it was my fault for her to have a bad day. Why didn't ask for that when I got there, one hour before. I only wasted my time and money.

They do not answer or return calls or messages EVER!!!! I had been there the week before and needed an antibiotic. After my 10 days I still had the problem and asked if they could extend my antibiotic for another few days.. So I called over 20 times left 4 messages and 3 days later still no returned phone call. Also the clinic opens at 9am the doctor doesn't get in until 9:30-9:45 so when they start calling patients in you've already been waiting an hour then as the day progresses your wait continues to get very very long. Try another clinic this one sucks!!!
