The waiting room is a little small and kind of dirty, other areas like the bathroom are kind of dirty too. The walk in facilities are not great, the staff doesn't know how long the wait is and won't tell you how many people are ahead of you. Other places have a screen that shows who is ahead of you and who is being called along with a way to add yourself to the wait-list quickly on the screen. This saves a lot of time because you don't have to wait for a receptionist and it's very fast to do something simple on a tablet instead. Here there's a long line to talk to the 1 receptionist (there's a second seat but often no one is there or they're on the phone and no one can talk to them for long periods of time) and add yourself to the wait-list. Then they call people up but mispronounce your name so you don't know you're being called. They do have a whiteboard they write your name on for clarity, but they write it really small and it's like 1/4 the size of the whiteboard so you can't read it from the closest seat to where they hold it up. I wish this place had those digital services other places have. They even have a TV where they could put the wait list but instead it just constantly cycles through ads no one looks at. They're attached to a pharmacy which is convenient, but not close to a place that does X-rays or ultrasounds. They're also attached to a pediatric clinic so there's always a bunch of loud, rambunctious, misbehaving, crying kids and it makes for an unpleasant wait. You wait for a while in that environment too cause they don't see you quickly. The doctor is good though. He listens to you, asks questions, and tells you what to do and why you should do it which is nice so you have a reason and aren't just blindly doing something.

I came here on Jan 14th to see the Dr and I’ve been here before for my treatment, there was no doctor for walk in clinent on that day so the lady told me that came back tomorrow which is on 15th. Then when i come on 15th they told the same thing again and rescheduel for anothe day. That’s terrible to me cause i’m a student so i tried my best to manage my time to see the Dr but they didn’t give me information exactly so that waste my time and money.

Negligent, Dismissive, and Potentially Dangerous. After waiting over 20 minutes in the examination room, a doctor (who I believe was Dr. Noebert, though he never bothered to introduce himself) burst in and aggressively tossed his items onto the counter. He sat down with his back to me without so much as a greeting. When I said hello, I received nothing more than a grunt. He interrupted me repeatedly as I tried to describe my symptoms and completely ignored me when I tried to explain that I am immunocompromised. When I tried to explain that my blood oxygen levels may appear higher than expected because I had taken my reliever inhaler, he interrupted me again and wouldn’t let me finish. Eventually, I stopped trying out of sheer frustration. He performed the most cursory examination imaginable, declared “everything is normal,” and dismissed me by saying I’m a “strong young man” who should drink fluids and rest. When he found no fever, I explained I had taken both acetaminophen and ibuprofen beforehand just to get out of bed and make it to the clinic. This too was ignored entirely. I went directly to another clinic, where a proper examination revealed a diagnosis that required medication, confirming that things were far from “normal.” The facility itself was noticeably dirty, and staff were reluctant to even provide water while I was visibly struggling with a severe cough. When I asked the front desk for the doctor’s name, they were evasive. I had to ask multiple times and barely got an answer. The doctor is not even listed on the clinic’s website, which raises serious concerns. This is not my first negative experience here either. I received similarly dismissive treatment from a different doctor months ago. Unfortunately, this is the closest clinic to my home, and when I’m severely ill it’s often the only option I can get to without completely exhausting myself, which makes this repeated standard of care all the more concerning. I will be escalating this to the Ontario Patient Ombudsman. A missed diagnosis in an immunocompromised patient is not a minor oversight. It is a dangerous failure of care. I would give zero stars if I could.

Great receptionist, very fast support from the staff, everyone was great. Hate to leave a bad review, but the walk-in doctor (Zaid Jaber) was genuinely the worst doctor I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing in my life. Was rude, condescending, and just should not be a doctor dealing with vulnerable and ill people. Save your time and go to Curex for a better walk in experience. I was sent to this clinic to talk to the walk-in doctor about getting on an MRI list, but Dr. Jaber said it wasn't possible. Instead of providing me solutions and support, he laughed at me, interrupted me, snapped, and yelled saying he would lose his license if he put me on the list and to go to the ER. I understand that your hands are tied, but I cannot comprehend laughing and yelling when asked by a patient for solutions and help to navigate a complex healthcare system. Unprofessional, awful, disrespectful, rude, and really should not be a doctor. If you need something quick, this place makes sense. If you actually need help, you're better off going literally anywhere else. Disappointed.

I have been with the clinic since it was converted from an old funeral home. I see the changes over the years and wow how far they come. The staff all know me and do their best to help a broken old man like myself. I am truly amazed of how well the manage to take care of the extreme volume of people in such a timely fashion. The staff are always gentle with me as the guide me through all the excellent medical staff. The doctors and nurses are the best in the region. I also have had a family doctor there as well. She has been the best doctor that I ever had. She keeps me alive. A big shout our to her office admin coordinator. She is amazing in how she pastes everything together. As I enjoy their services and I will keep on going there until I die. With their help, I think that will be far off into the future. Thank you for the great care you have provided me with over the years. Awards should be granted to the whole team there.
