Clinicare Walk-In Clinic

I have no criticism towards doctor, he is really nice but the receptionist is so rude and she has no manner on how to talk to someone. I called her to ask about my uncle's referral because he doesn't speak english so I was talking and she literally spoke to me so mannerlessly and said that bring a permission notice from lawyer if you want to talk on behalf of your uncle. She was literally so rude and I was just asking a simple question and I was so polite. Never expected this behaviour from this clinic.

I visited this office to obtain a prescription and was immediately met with an unwelcoming attitude. We were instructed to shake the snow off our boots, which I did not mind, however, we were the only individuals asked to do so. Other patients entered afterward with snow on their boots and were not addressed, which felt inconsistent and unfair. My experience with the doctor was excellent, and I have no complaints regarding the medical care received. Unfortunately, an issue arose that required my partner to return so paperwork could be faxed to the pharmacy. During this interaction, the front desk staff member was extremely rude, yelling at my partner and slamming the service window shut. This behavior was unprofessional and unnecessary. From what I understand, this type of conduct is not uncommon for this individual.

Doctor here is the best I've come across dr. Mohmand helped restore some faith in the medical community reading reviews I don't understand some people, Dr. Mohammed has had the same receptionist for years and she is an absolute doll that if you treat her with respect she will respond the same, my husband had issues getting his records from his previous family doctor and between the two of them they got those records in minutes after weeks of my husband trying. The doctor figured out what was wrong with my husband unlike years of doctor visits with his family doctor. Moving to London and finding Dr. Mohammed gave him his life back. I had an issue with my pharmacy not filling faxed prescription till the next day so she offered to call them and make them. These two people over work themselves and deserve more then 5 stars and rude people

I want to bring out this to everyone who is visiting this clinic. I wrote a review on receptionist behaviour and Owner wrote a reply to my comment and he mentioned " you are not welcomed here" from this you can clearly see how disrespectful and ill mannered these people are. Canada's healthcare doesn't want their patients to be suffering so this is not acceptable. Shame on you guys.

This clinic was fantastic. The receptionist was so kind to me & so was the doctor that I saw. I came 40 minutes before they were closing for the day after calling ahead, and they saw me within 30 minutes and I was out within 45. I am so grateful for them.
