Not sure what’s happened here with other people but I’ve had to now come here twice this week. Nav, the secretary is absolutely wonderful. She greats you with a friendly smile and is really personable. The doctors were great too. I waited about half hour each time. Give this walk in clinic another chance. If something was happening here they definitely got a hold of the problem and are clearly working to clear it up moving forward. Edit: Only important thing that should be mentioned is my entire file was not there anymore. I’ve been going there on n off for 20+ yrs but there was only like 5 pages. The doctor didn’t have all my history for what I went in for and this is the only place I went a few years ago to deal with the same problem. The dr was confident I’d only been there once for it yet I had to go back 5+ times over a few months to deal with it.

I have had a great experience at this clinic. I’ve lived here for 7 years and still don’t have a doctor. Dr Hart is taking good care of me and my health regularly. He seems to listen and understand my concerns.

In short, excellent for quick prescriptions (only) but not for referrals to specialists as they are unreliable: Saw them in August for an referral to LHSC for help with medication management. Wait time to see doctor at this walk in clinic was reasonable, Dr. Hart was professional. Early January comes, haven't heard anything from the lhsc team so I follow up with the walk-in clinics secretary and im informed that these things take time. I took their word and accepted these things take time. Now, fast forward last week, I follow up with the lhsc clinic, and they inform me the referral was submitted in September was canceled in October because this walk in clinic sent the referral incomplete and did not respond to the lhsc clinics' requests for more information. Now, I understand the strain on our healthcare system and know I am able to obtain help from other sources while waiting for this LHSC appointment which I was able to use between August and now end of January... I followed up with the referring doctors office as these types of services usually redirect you to speak to them. I was provided false information by this walk in clinic when they were accountable for that referral, it's completion and didn't follow through when the lhsc clinic asked for more information they would have had in their system or easily obtained by a short phone call.

I visited the clinic with my son after he sustained a strong injury (a severe bruise) to his eye at school. His condition required urgent medical examination to ensure his safety. Unfortunately, the doctor’s behavior was extremely poor and unprofessional from the moment he entered the room. He immediately asked me, “What do you want? I have another patient,” which was very strange, as he had come specifically to see my son. The doctor refused to examine my child, refused to ask any questions about the injury, and declined to provide any medical diagnosis or even pain relief, without giving any valid medical reason. What was most distressing is that the doctor’s attitude noticeably changed after he learned that my son is a child with autism. From that moment, it was clear that he was unwilling to interact with us or provide any form of medical care. This behavior reflects a serious lack of humanity and medical professionalism, especially when dealing with a sick child with special needs. When a doctor abandons their humanity, the result is denying the patient their most basic right to care and treatment.

I don’t even understand how Dr. Hart is still in business. From the moment I walked in, he looked at me in a disgusting way and said, “What do you want?” His tone was extremely rude and unpleasant, and that alone set the tone for the entire visit. The whole appointment felt uncomfortable and disrespectful, like we were not welcome at all. After reading other reviews, I wasn’t surprised. If you’re looking for a professional and respectful doctor, avoid this clinic at all costs.
