Bad service.. Made me and my family lose a day lose a day of work for when went there with a appointment made 1 moth before,for they tell me they don't accept more patients.. it's not acceptable this type of service... im very disappointed... I don't recommend

I had a meet and greet with Dr Ukpong on Dec 31. I found him friendly , respectful and excellent at listening and making explanations . His receptionist is lovely . Very friendly and kind . They seem genuinely concerned for my wellbeing. Only downfall is in the 3 times I have been there, waiting times can be a little long, but I am willing to wait for the Doc . It's a busy place, I just dont plan anything for that day. After not having a family practitioner since before COVID , I'm just happy to be there. Not having proper medical preventative visits has derailed my health and caused some significant issues. I am glad to be able to get back on the rails . UPDATE: This morning , in and out in 20 minutes . Questions answered and requisition done . Earlier review may of been growing pains, as his office gets into the swing of things . Bonus, I have a free day!

Very pleasant. They are a little behind but what Dr.s office isn't...clean and a big space for patients to be seen...waiting room is a little small but overall a wonderful experience. The receptionist is awesome and the Doctor was very kind and informative...

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I booked an appointment with my family doctor two months in advance and arrived on time on the day of the appointment. When I checked in, the receptionist told me they could not see me because the doctor was fully booked. There was no prior notice, cancellation, or call to inform me that my appointment would not be honored. As a result, I ended up wasting half a day for an appointment that had been scheduled well in advance. Patients plan their time around these appointments, especially when they are booked months ahead. At the very least, the clinic should notify patients if there is an issue with scheduling instead of turning them away at the door. I hope the clinic improves its scheduling and communication so this doesn’t happen to other patients.
