Huron Medical Centre

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Fatima at Huron Medical Center. She seemed rushed, inattentive, and lacked basic empathy toward my concerns. I felt like my questions were ignored and my visit was treated as an inconvenience rather than genuine care. There was no proper follow-up or explanation about my condition. The overall attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. I expect healthcare providers to show compassion and patience, but this experience was the opposite. I will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this doctor to anyone seeking proper medical attention or respect.

Surprisingly fast and no wait time at all (went around 12:50pm). I booked an appointment an hour before, got there, didn't even wait 5 minutes and was seen immediately by a doctor. The doctor was thorough, didn't feel rushed at all! Very different, positive, experience since I'm used to long wait times and doctors only giving a minute of their time to you.

I had an appointment on 12:40pm and nurse showed up after after half an hour. I don't know if they have different meaning of appointment in their dictionary......Very disappointed....!!!! Later today in the response of review their owner/manager called me, he threatened me to sue me and use abusive language and forced me to delete the review. Whatever he wrote in the response to my review 100% lied. If your saying that you are speaking truth then let's involve the court. The honorable court will decide who is write and wrong after watching the same cameras that you are talking about in your reponse. For your better understanding i was there 12:35pm and nurse showed up for vaccination 1:10pm. If you can’t accept your mistakes in your poor services or can't take responsibility, you shouldn’t attempt to intimidate customers for sharing an honest experience.

I had a talk to a young doctor, I don’t know if He is Indian or Middle eastern. I am so burnt out, stress and depressed that I can’t perform to work. I was asking for 4 weeks off, and he says he can give only 2 weeks for me. We have some argument but the thing is He is a doctor, he should know how to handle patients who suffered and he is rude. He says, “it’s not his problem if I got fired at work”? Like hello? And he said, “we are arguing now, I can’t sign your paper works, try to go to another clinic!” .. he is young and arrogant, he don’t know how to handle patients like me.. Now, I am more stressed and anxious about what he did..

This was my first and last visit to this clinic. I called on Sunday to confirm if they were taking patients and was told to come before 11. I arrived at 10:50 and waited. After being called into the doctor’s office, I sat there until 12:15, only for the receptionist to come in and tell me the doctor had an “emergency” at the hospital and could not see me. After waiting so long, being dismissed like that was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. If the doctor had accepted patients, he should have honored his commitment instead of asking us to go elsewhere and wait again. As a Registered Nurse myself, I know true emergencies happen, but in a hospital setting there are always other physicians available to manage urgent cases. This felt more like an excuse than a genuine emergency. Such irresponsible and unprofessional practice shows a complete lack of respect for patients’ time and health. I will never return here and do not recommend wasting your time at this clinic.
