Went to this clinic to get a doctors note because I had a flu and the doctor was so unbelievably rude to me from the second she walked into the room. She said that because I didn't come in sooner to get medication it means that I did not do everything in my power to feel better so she should not be obligated to write me the note, even though I had been too sick to get out of bed and go to the clinic during the week, and I was taking over the counter medications that I had at home. She also said that because she did not see me when I actually had a fever she was unable to write a note because she did not observe it herself, even though I was clearly still very weak, unable to eat, and I explained to her that I was not feeling well enough to get out of bed, let alone commute all the way to a clinic but regardless I went in as soon as my fever broke because I still was not feeling well enough to make it to my commitment. Importantly, the whole conversation she was raising her voice at me and was constantly interrupting me, accusing me of faking my sickness without letting me explain how I felt. She did end up writing the note for me but I basically left crying and the receptionist was really apologetic as he probably knew the way this doctor treats people. I will never go back there. I shouldn't have to feel guilty about my sickness.

I read many of the bad reviews before going here, but it's the closest clinic and thought it was worth the risk. Turns out it was. The wait time was reasonable about 30 minutes with 6 people ahead of me and most of that was because the doctor hadn't arrived yet. She listened to my concern about my cough, checked my lungs and asked follow up questions. The doctor was very nice and gave me a prescription and some other suggestions to try as well. I would certainly come back here. And I feel like many of the people who do have a good experience don't review, so I'm trying to counter some of the people who've had bad experiences.

I had a great experience at the Oxford Medical walk in clinic! Dr. Okunowo and her administration team were responsive and so kind. I had to remove some stitches and she made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you!

Very disturbed! Came to walk in clinic , wrote on the paper the reason for coming is due bad blood work results ,and clearly statwd this was my first time coming to this clinic Waited for more than 2 hours to see the doctor, then when my time to get in finally came , the person on reception stated that i need to have a physical copy of my blood work to keep a record of, i asked to send them by email or check them online by dr, to print out , they stated they have no wifi connection with the clinic and refused to let me in ! I wasn’t even let in to see the doctor! Very horrible experience! He should have stated that the case when i forst came in not after waiting for 3 hours , i could have went somewhere to print it out before waiting for nothing

If you’re sick. And need antibiotics don’t come here! Been here 3 times. Each time I’ve been accused of faking my illness, or it’s “just the common cold” or have been asked if I’m just here for a doctors note to skip class. For me to then go get a second opinion and be told I have an infection and need antibiotics . Not sure why I’ve continued to come here, maybe because it’s close to me but after this time I’m putting my foot down. Some more stories I’ve heard from people coming here. Another person I’m friends with came in with stomach pain, and was told that it’s acid reflex’s and prescribed her something. When she asked what she got prescribed the doctor ignored her and told her he was done with her and left the room. She then went somewhere else before taking the pills and was told to absolutely not take them, they won’t help her and will harm her more. Go somewhere else if you’re sick, need help or have symptoms of something that you believe needs to be checked out. these guys won’t help you, they should be closed down. Terrible doctors, very nice reception.
