I've been attending this clinic for about 8 years now and its always been great, Staff and Doctors, always very friendly and address my issues thouroughly. I always make an appointment for urgent care and yes sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but I beleive that is expected at any medical office and I never find its very long. The Xray and Dynacare is also very convienent and staff there have also been very helpful and kind. The Bradley Pharmacy is also a fantastic group of people always very kind and very helpful, so much so I have made it my primary Pharmacy now. I think you all are doing a wonderful job! 👏

I would advise maybe going somewhere else. I came in with cold symptoms. The doctor came in and asked me three times what I thought I had when he came into he room, I had to remind him I didn't know which was the reason for my visit. He then took my vitals and began to explain viral infections and bacterial infections. After listening I had to stop him and ask him which one I had which he then said... You just need to treat the symptoms. Then goes off talking about how covid kills ppl. Still confused about what MY issue was I asked him again, what do I have. He told me he would call me if they find out ???? Right now go home and treat your symptoms?? I have no idea if Im really sick or not that sick?? Nixon may be a bit abrasive in the reception area but I suggest going there the doctorw are amazing UPDATE - went to Nixon a couple days later as I was getting ALOT worse. Was diagnosed with bronchitis, I don't understand how the doctor couldn't have figured that out. If he did more than the swab and actually took my vitals I wouldn't have missed so much work and been unwell for so long .

The tall man doctor that’s always there, I must say, he’s great. His personality is old school tough. Awesome doctor. Nurses are all very very lovely ladies. Now I watched this walk-in receptionist twice this week , and was so disgusted on the way she treats people, I’m shocked the nurses don’t complain on her, She is rude to them. I couldn’t believe what I was watching. Doesn’t look at anyone, has personal conversations over doing her job. Watched this family come in, she asked without eye contact. Been here before, the kind man said no, my son. She cuts him off and points to a QR code on the wall and then ignores him as she talking to the other front desk lady. 2 different days I watched her be the rudest, and when I say rude , I mean wow kinda rude. So if I had to deal with her ,my rating would be a lot less. But I’m rating the clinic for the doctors and nurses only. 10 stars. But she leaves a very bad taste in people mouth, But the nurses and doctors are AMAZING.

I visited South London Urgent Care twice in the past month. I was impressed with the compassion displayed by the doctors, nurses, and clinic staff. I felt listened to and was helped both times. We are lucky to have access to this type of service in London.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Obviosuly people who don’t have family doctors come here, (me included) but for a place that’s supposed to be an “urgent” care clinic it really doesn’t seem that way. What I don’t get is why they have more staff during the week and less on weekends. There’s two receptionists mon-fri when there’s barely any people, then on the weekend when the place is packed there’s only one. There’s less doctors and nurses on the weekend as well. There’s no point in booking an appointment because you’ll still be waiting hours regardless. There’s no way to tell where you are in line unless you ask the receptionist, and even then they’ll tell you you’re next when you’re not. They move people around so that some can get in before others if they become impatient which isn’t fair at all. I’m waiting in the lobby right now at 11:40 for an appointment that was supposed to be at 10 this morning and people that had later appointments have gone in before me. All I need is a paper signed for a college placement. If you need real “urgent” care, your best bet is a hospital or staying home and trying to figure out the problem yourself.
