Wilkins Medical Walk in Clinic London

Very impressed with the knowledge and care of the physician. Did not feel rushed and he took a thorough history and ordered tests. The clinic also has an excellent follow up policy . Check-in was easy and I appreciated the option to wait in the car and be texted when it was your turn . I didn't use the onsite pharmacy , but I was able to ascertain that they were very professional and friendly.

Always a pleasure. I love that I can sign in on a digital system, I value my privacy and this way I don't have to tell the entire waiting room why I’m there. Huge points with that alone in my books!!! The receptionist (Gypsy), is kind and lovely, alwasya pleasure speaking with her. I love that I can leave and the automated system will let me know when it's time to go back via text. (I've including a screenshot of this) Dr. Ravin Alaei is genuinely kind, patient, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I appreciate having Dr who knows what they're doing and takes the time to make you feel cared for while still being efficient and effective. I highly recommended this office!!! I've honestly never had a bad experience with this office, been going to them for 9 months and counting. I promise if I ever had a negative experience, I would be the first to add a lengthy detailed review about it... but they're honestly great!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

First time ever visiting and if I lived in the area, I would definitely go back. Everything runs so efficiently. I was in and out with my prescription in hand and more knowledge about a condition I've had for decades. The Dr. spoke and worked quickly, but he was very thorough. He seems to respect the time of his patients, while still giving them top-tier health care.

Doctor Ravin and the staff are kind and professional. He took time to listen and explain everything really well and so did the staff at the pharmacy. The lady at the front desk was nice too. Love the text they send when there’s 1-2 patients ahead of you, which is great so you can register and come back when your turn is close!

The doctor is honestly amazing—very kind, patient, and truly listens to your problem before giving treatment.
