Emma is very professional and personable. She goes above and beyond for each patient and can connect you to a virtual doctor in minutes if it is outside of the services that a pharmacist can do. Very helpful!

I had been trying to get my prescription transgerred to costco for 4 days now. Unfortunatly it was sent elsewhere. When to rexall last evening and they told me there was nothing they could do because they had transferred it to the other Pharmacy which was Ida and that I had to call them to deal with this when I call them they told me they rejected the transfer because the name of the pharmacist it was sent to doesn't exist there. I went back to Rexall this morning and spoke with the lady by the name of Danielle she was much more help and took the time to call the pharmacy who had received it in error and then transfer it properly to Costco pharmacy. Thank you so much Danielle that's the way a client should be treated and Rexall is fortunate to have you there.

I want to thank the pharmacist Emma for going above and beyond to help me with my flu. The interaction started off with her telling me they didn’t have a doctor on site on Sundays who could do certain tests, but she saw how much pain I was in and before I could walk away she did everything she could to give me some relief. She took note of my symptoms and gave me a covid test and some antivirals and was just so kind and patient with me when I was really struggling. I appreciate you so much!!!

Very rude staff at Rexall Elmvale Ottawa with no respect or understanding! Generally the rest of the staff give good customer service, but not this one for sure. He acted angry, upset and vengeful. I was in pain, waited more than 30 min to get my prescription done at 9:30 pm. Instead of helping me, he went on filling prescriptions for the next day. When I asked him as to when he can give me my medication, he was disrespectful in his answer and behaviour!

I went to Rexall walk in clinic at Elmvale shopping center in Ottawa for an eye Infection.The attending practitioner diagnosed my condition and prescribed the proper medication, The next day my condition improved 100 %. Thank You Rexall and your dedicated nurse practitioners. I would reccome nd Rexall walk in as number 1 in Ottawa.
