I’ve visited this walk-in clinic twice, and overall, my experiences have been positive. During my first visit, I was impressed by how quickly I was seen and treated. The service was efficient, direct, and to the point, which I appreciated, especially when time is of the essence. The second visit was equally smooth in terms of scheduling. I was able to book a same-day appointment, which can be incredibly difficult at other clinics. This kind of accessibility makes a big difference when you need prompt medical attention. The location of the clinic is another plus, it’s easy to find and very convenient to reach, which reduces stress when you're not feeling your best. One area where I think there's room for improvement is in the pace of the consultations. Both times I felt the physicians were a bit rushed and dove straight into diagnosis and treatment without much conversation. While efficiency is good, it would be helpful if the practitioners took a bit more time to show care and attentiveness toward patients. That said, during my second visit, the physician did ask thoughtful questions that helped uncover the issue, which I appreciated. Overall, I recommend this clinic if you're looking for straightforward, fast medical service in a convenient location. I’m giving this 5 stars because the service was fast, efficient, and easy to access, but I do hope the physicians can slow down a bit to show more care.

Good timely appointment with good treatment. I received the care with Dr Daria Pylypiak for my postpartum issues. Especially for trigger finger, wrist pain and for pelvic muscle pain. She was patient and friendly enough to answer all my queries and gave very good guidance. I really hope i could get Dr Daria as my family doctor who is very hospitable. It was a snowy stormy day but still Dr was available and very attentive and helpful. It seems currently there isnt a vacancy but hope to get her availability in future. Pinpoint infinity health center has been very friendly and prompt with my appointment scheduling with great understanding of my pain and my situations. I was referred for a scan and xray and i had it done on friday and next week on wednesday after the holiday end on monday had immediate appointment booking without delay.

Here's the timeline of my visit and interactions with this clinic. I had a toe injury from playing soccer: 1. I submitted a request for appointment online Monday around 1pm (walk in). 2. In 20 minutes I got a call from them asking me what time I would like to come for the appointment. I booked for 3:45 the same day. 3. I arrive a few minutes early, then see the doctor and book an X-ray at another location, and leave before 4pm. 4. I did the X-ray on Tuesday, the day after. 5. Nothing on Wednesday. 6. On Thursday morning 8am I got a call saying the doctor got my report, and I can come in same day at 9:15. 7. I got my follow up, and doctor gave me some options and mentioned they would contact their physio which came later that day, and I got a final call at 3:40pm explaining my options. Excellent experience, this will be my go to if I need any medical help in the future. Note: they have a $20 late fee policy if you arrive late to the appointment. I arrive 4 minutes late on Thursday but nothing was said about it. Aim to be on time.

I came to this walk-in clinic as an absolute last resort after experiencing severe symptoms for a few days. I want to be clear that the assistant doctor who initially saw me was kind, patient, and genuinely compassionate, and I appreciate him greatly. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill once the main doctor entered the room. I was visibly unwell, in pain, congested, and struggling to breathe properly. I had been wearing a face mask when I stepped in the clinic but pulled it down because I genuinely could not breathe with it on due to how sick I am. I apologized to the assistant doctor out of kindness, who was understanding and reassured me it was okay and that he was wearing one so it's completely fine. The main doctor Dr brodzik however showed no patience or compassion. Instead of addressing my condition with care, he made a dismissive comment telling me to “just take the mask off since there’s no point having it on your neck.” Not professional at all to say such a snickering comment to a patient who is sincerlly in pain. No reassurance, no empathy, and no medication or meaningful treatment was offered despite how unwell I was. I left feeling brushed off and unheard. My condition worsened to the point that I had to go to the hospital afterward, which says a lot about how inadequate this visit was. What made this experience even more upsetting was the front desk’s behavior after I left. I called the clinic to confirm the correct spelling of the doctor’s name for my review. The receptionist was hostile, rushed through the spelling, repeatedly agreed to incorrect spellings, and seemed reluctant to provide the information at all. Once I finally confirmed the correct spelling myself *Dr brodzik* she hung up on me. This was extremely unprofessional and only made the situation worse. When she could have handled it with better customer service and compliant management instead of obviously showing the values and principals this clinic runs off of. When people come to a walk-in clinic, they are often scared, sick, and in pain. Basic kindness, patience, and professionalism should not be optional. If a doctor is having a bad day, it should not affect how patients are treated. We come here seeking help, guidance, and care — not to feel dismissed or disrespected. I am deeply disappointed and would not recommend this clinic based on my experience. I also want to share how low and manipulating this clinic is to offer a $200.00 dollar Amazon gift card for a google review which was displayed on their front desk which only makes me question why they have to bribe patients to get a good review. Take that into your thoughts and evaluation before bringing your loved ones here.

I had physiotherapy sessions with Tom Van Houtte for a partial ACL tear and had a great experience. Each session, my progress was carefully reviewed, and exercises were adjusted based on what still needed work. He always asked about my concerns and explained clearly and scientifically why certain symptoms remained and how to improve the recovery process. Professional, patient, respectful, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
