Really fast service and knowledgeable friendly staff. Doc and pharmacy know exactly the common issues. Walked in and out in less than 30 minutes and got my drug claim through insurance super fast and easy. Now eglinton cross town subway is done it’s much easier access. Thanks to the team!

Wednesday February 18 2026. Was immediately put into a room and saw Dr Patel within five minutes. So kind and helpful and a positive demeanour. I was given a prescription and told when to expect further results. My prescription was filled within another ten minutes of that. I think I arrived at 7:30 and was out before 8 all together. November 18 2025 17:30-18:20 They’re always so quick here - I was in and out in under and hour including getting my prescriptions. I have yet to know if this is a good thing as I was seen in under a minute by the doctor who read the notes the nurse took and then looked in my throat and said it’s strep but didn’t do the test just by look. Hoping it’s not something worse and that the antibiotics will work as I know certain antibiotics work for certain infections. Con’s: I will just say that the cleanliness could do with work and they need to be putting out hand sanitizer at the check in counter and masks. I had two men just coughing out in the air next to me not even attempting to cover their mouths. Thankfully I was already wearing a mask. It was also unpleasant smelling chicken in the waiting area and the staff should go eat in a back room instead of at the pharmacy counter. Not only does it seem unsanitary it is unpleasant for those sensitive to smell. The chairs are incredibly gross looking and should be cleaned with a carpet and fabric steam cleaner as there’s puddles of unknown soiling On every chair.

The doctors and staff at this clinic are warm, friendly, and welcoming. The doctors seem experienced, and I always feel confident in their care. The clinic is often very busy with long wait times, bit the quality is worth the wait. My main concern is with the waiting room chairs. They are cloth, visibly soiled (very soiled), and very difficult to keep clean in a healthcare setting. Cloth can absorb spills and germs, and in a busy medical environment this doesn’t feel very hygienic. I do not recommend sitting on them I recommend that the clinic consider replacing the chairs with leather or vinyl. These are much easier to disinfect and would make the clinic feel cleaner, and more comfortable.

My mother and I went to this clinic for the first time as a walk-in on December 30th when many clinics were closed, and we had a great experience. We were seen right away, the receptionist and doctor were both very kind, and everything felt calm and well organized. The pharmacy was quick too .....our medication was ready in about 10 minutes. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

This walk-in clinic has been our go-to for the last 3 years until we found a family practitioner. Staff are courteous and understanding. While there could be long wait times, and test reports could take ages to be responded to, for minor ailments, this is a good clinic to go to.
