Was charged $200 for a basic visit during which the doctor replied to personal phone calls and text messages. Also used his cellphone to examine my throat. Extremely unsanitary. When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionists had no idea where the doctor was. That doctor arrived about a couple of hours later. It seems like this is not uncommon so make sure that you leave yourself some extra time if you find yourself needing to come here. PSAs: Because this clinic chooses to charge out of province Canadians a lot more, don't expect a full refund for your visit. I am only getting ~50$ back. If you just need something as simple as a strep test, some pharmacists can do this instead. If you can go to another clinic, try to do that. This place was not the most professional.

I’ve been waiting in front of the clinic since 8:00. It’s now 8:28 and it’s still closed, even though it’s supposed to open at 8. I'm in a hurry and need to get to work.

First time writing a review, feeling forced to do it. Receptionist tells to come in the morning at 8AM to take an appointment for the evening. When you come at the time of the appointment you still need to wait another 2 to 3 hours before being seen. At that point, they should just not give appointments at all

Dr. Raymond Rezaie at Clinic Crescent is a very good doctor. Although a very busy person, he took the time to understand my issue (skin infection), and wrote the right prescriptions (antibiotics). People's complaints seem to centre on the clinic's management (call in the morning/early afternoon for a 'number', with visits starting at 4:30/5:00pm). The actual wait time is not excessive, about 1-2 hours. If you need to see a doctor, especially on short notice or on weekends, Clinic Crescent and Dr. Rezaie are a real option. Always call to confirm that they are able to accept your visit, as they can 'fill up' quickly.
