Waited 5 hours to see a doctor. They havn't changed their clocks in consultation room 🤣🤣 not very friendly🤣 not good directions for getting around. One sheet written small in the elivator with too many words 🤣 cold ambiance Oh it's not a hospital it's a clinic Dirty waiting room. Where a mask and wash your hands because i went in for a minor issue and today i am sick as a dog. Nurses wont let you talk and if you have two issues only talk of one. I'm never going back there NEVER!!!!!!

Thank you to the wonderful staff at Jeffrey Hale. As an out of province relative minor emergency patient I was treated with respect and in a very timely manner. Thank you again to the staff and to the doc who saw me; it helped me immensely.

Jose cote, the nurse at the triage, was incredibly unprofessional. She clearly has anger issues and was unkind, even to young children. I tried to explain what was the reason for our visit and that my son has severe ADHD, which makes it difficult for him to remain still as he was turning on spot in a circle. Instead of understanding, she rolled her eyes, clicked her tongue, and displayed a dismissive attitude. Although this is an English-speaking hospital, she was not able to communicate in English. She insisted that Jeffery hale is a emergency, implying that if it wasn’t a critical situation, we shouldn’t be there. I even asked if my son needed to stop breathing to get the help he needed, as he was having difficulties just not as bad as in the night. I am utterly shocked by the rudeness and lack of empathy displayed by this nurse.I don't understand why someone would choose to work in a field that requires empathy and compassion if they clearly are not able to show this. It seems contradictory to be in a role that demands care and kindness while exhibiting such negativity.wish I could give zero stars

I have visited the minor emergency three times. All the three times the receptionists provided me with wrong info about the payments. Now I have to pay all the costs from my own pocket whereas they are supposed to be covered by the insurance.
