Dr. George has been my doctor since I was 19, and I’m now 37. She has supported me through every stage of life, including the birth of my two babies. Even after moving, I still drive 45 minutes each way to see her because she is truly exceptional. She genuinely cares, and it shows in every appointment. Her dedication, diligence, and compassion are unmatched. I honestly don’t know what I’ll do when she retires — they don’t make doctors like her anymore.

My name is not James Sikora. You think I’m dumb enough to put my name on here. Nope I’m not but I am gonna call you guys out. i have been coming to this clinic since I have been 11 years old. I am 39 now I have infections up my Ying Yang and the lady at the front desk is telling me they’re booked solid for the day for even walk-ins. I know who this lady is they’re not accepting don’t go in there. They’re not accepting they just kicked me out. They said they’re not accepting any patients and I’m sick as a dog. They’re not accepting any patients no walk-ins. They just kicked me out of there. They are a while having another conversation with a person who is trying to get in there go ahead check it out check it out. She’ll tell you they’re closed. They’re not accepting any patients. this clinic is awful. They say they’re there to help you with your mental health problems and to make sure you’re OK for somebody who has been going there since I’ve been five up until 39 and then you get rude staff who doesn’t wanna give you an explanation as to why you can’t even see a walk-in doctor not cool maybe you guys should put more staff members in there and I’m highly considering getting a new family doctor because the doctor I deal with just likes to throw things in my face, especially when I ask for help to quit smoking or for my mental health if I was the manager of this place, every single doctor would be going through a mental health course to understand what it means actually, I’m I’m highly thinking of taking this place to the physicians board because they really do need a slap on their hands. The staff members are pretty rude. They tell you you’re not allowed to be like this but they turn around and they’re like that themselves. no I’m not playing that game. I’m filing a formal complaint with this clinic that I have been going to since I have been 11 years old. Your guys service has gone down significantly. The care has gone down significantly all the doctor has ever done was blame me for my problems and has told me to get over my sexual abuse when I was a child now if this continues and I even asked her for quit smoking Aid and she won’t do that excuse me but the last time I check champs helps eliminate the cravings and she wouldn’t even give me that she’s worried about her career being at stake because she needs to write court notes from time to time. Well if she keeps going down the road where she’s boycotting what I need she is gonna lose her rights as a doctor and her license if she keeps completely ignoring me on everything I am asking for I am 39 years old. I am not 19 and young and wandering around there is going to be a formal complaint posted to the physicians board because quite frankly I am sick of how she deals with situations regarding me and not taking the proper route

Doctors don’t keep their appointment times. There’s been countless times I’ve set up a phone appointment and the doctor is sometimes 3 hours late. I go in for an appointment with the doctor and wait 45 mins past. Currently trying to get a refill on my ADHD medication that the pharmacy has faxed over, but it’s been a WEEK and the doctor still hasn’t sent it back. A WEEK. Currently now completely out. I’ve called everyday and the front staff say that it’ll be done that day.

Would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Eribo. She’s been my family doctor for a couple of months now! She has always been very professional and straightforward. I can tell she actually cares about her patients which is a huge part of this job. It’s not as easy to find a good family doctor and I’m extremely happy that I got her as mine.

My experiences at Well Health have been really quite positive overall. I feel the clinic has improved substantially since it became a Well Health clinic. Wait times have been noticeably reduced. Dr. Srikisson is my doctor and is an absolutely fantastic doctor & a really lovely woman - very, very knowledgeable, understanding, kind & helpful. Her nurse/assistant Peggy is great!
