WELL Health Medical Centres - Nose Hill

The new staff needs to learn phone etiquettes. They lack respect for patients requesting information for specialists appointments. They will put you on hold and eventually hang up on you and today is not the first time this has happened, it has happened before in the past too and this is an ongoing problem, They are required to provide the requested information to patients.

Excellent Walk-in Clinic! Have been a few times and had ny granddaughter there also. Always had short wait time and great Doctors. Recommend them if you're looking for a family Doctor also.

Dr. Peter Owegie was very professional. He listened attentively and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know about my medical appointment. Overall, I felt well-informed, supported, and confident in the care I received.

I have been a patient at this clinic for over 30 years. The front desk staff and the nurses are wonderful. They're always happy to help. My doctor retired, but I now see Dr. Onasanya. He is so easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable. I trust this clinic and my doctor. I would recommend this clinic highly.

What a wonderful experience. They have upgraded their office. Looks fantastic. Upgraded their reception area which is great and the doctor Jahangir Taimoor, I can't say enough about him. He was very attentive, very informative and very concerned. Great doctor. Thank you for having such a wonderful staff!
