This clinic is the best clinic i've ever encountered in my whole life here in Edmonton. Dr. May Mrochuk is the best doctor. She's is the only one doctor who exactly traced my health problem & gave me the right medicine.. all staffs & nurses are very nice, approachable & kind..

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns and address them, even while I was in the waiting room. The on-duty doctor was thorough and diligent, providing me with the necessary medication for my issue. The team conducting my tests was professional, keeping me informed throughout the process and ensuring I was comfortable, which I truly appreciated. The hospital is also very size-inclusive, with accommodating chairs and gowns, which is another plus. The wait time was reasonable—not as quick as a medical center, but shorter than what you’d typically expect at a hospital, all while delivering hospital-level care. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this place, especially for non-life-threatening injuries.

I love this clinic so much. If you are lucky enough to get Dr. Isah, he is so so kind and helpful. Almost all of the doctors here are very understanding and helpful!!! Ive only ever had one so-so experience and i come here pretty frequently.

the staff here are friendly but they skipped my boyfriend over (4x) Four times, Everyone else is getting put before him. I thought They do it by order or how bad the situation may be not by ETHNICITY??!?. You guys needa fix this, That’s not cool his heart hurts when he breathes. plus he’s very sick..SMHHH🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️😤

The nurse who triaged me was super polite and gentle with me on a really hard day I’ve had. It wasn’t a horrible wait time, the second nurse who helped me prior to seeing the Doctor was super nice and reassuring. I can’t remember the Doctors name who saw me but she was amazing. She made me laugh when I’ve had anxiety all day. and she at put me at ease. I wish she could be my family doctor. Thank you edit : found her name on my chart Dr Zehra Vicaruddin ❤️
