Honestly the best clinic I’ve been to. Everything including getting my prescription was done in 30 minutes. The doctor was very kind, understanding and supportive. She made me feel safe and seen. Definitely my new home clinic.

Avoid this clinic. I came in for a simple referral to a sleep clinic and provided all the necessary information upfront. I was seen by Pamela Poirier, who was unprofessional, inexperienced, and seemed unfamiliar with the process. Instead of helping, she made excuses and said she’d confirm with a colleague the next morning. I never received the promised call back. When I followed up myself, the receptionist told me she didn’t even have the authority to process a basic referral. This experience is a frustrating example of what’s wrong with the Canadian healthcare system.

We had a terrible experience with the clinic, not the Family Dr. We tried to book a return with the Family GP, when we found out he was not working there anymore but the clinic never had the thought about telling us about it. They also offered another person, that later we found out it was a nurse and not a Family doctor. The front desk never wanted to give any information and despite they say they have Family doctors available 7 days a week, they offered another option on Sunday with a doctor that is not there permanently. Terrible service, trying always to not tell the truth.

Super fast, friendly, competent staff, NP was great & thorough, pharmacy was right there which was easy, and delivered medications to door same day, followed up with me promptly to make sure I was ok. Definitely more of an urban clinic but i thought it was really professionally run and operated
