6 months agoI've genuinely never had a better clinic experience. Dr. Bazza is an exceptional doctor, and the pharmacists and receptionists are very friendly and helpful. I've had issues in the past with having my health concerns dismissed quickly, but the doctors here genuinely listen and do extensive testing to figure out the root of the problem. Not to mention the environment is an incredibly welcoming one. Wait times are the same as anywhere else, which I'm happy to accept considering the great quality of care here.

4 months agoI am disappointed with this clinic because they chose moral judgement rather than medical ethics to guide their decisions. I have been a patient of Dr. Baaza and he was very helpful at the beginning. However, the staff decided to let their moral compass guide them when I needed medical help. I do not go to a clinic to be judged but the front staff treated me in a very unprofessional manner. I don’t understand how people who are meant to be professionals let their religious beliefs override medical norms by making me wait for hours while they sat there gossiping and making snide remarks. Save yourself some time and find another clinic that treats patients like humans not runaway slaves. I’ll make a complaint with the Alberta Medical Association in order to make sure a clinic remains a place to seek medical help not a gossip corner for underworked front staff.

a year agoMedicine Place Walk-In Clinic & Pharmacy is excellent! The receptionist is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the doctor is kind, attentive, and thorough. The service is impressively fast, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for professional and efficient care!

7 months agoIf I could put a zero star I would!… I’m so beyond not happy with this clinic. With me having issues finding a doctor to take walk-ins on the west end (since we recently moved over there) I had called this clinic as that’s where my family doctor is which he was full for today, understandable, but they had told me if I can get there first thing in the morning I could see the dr who takes walk-ins. I thought perfect! So I get there at 10:30, mind you, me and my 2 yr old have been sick for just over a week now which I expressed to them, and then she tells me that walk in dr was out of the country and just called in to say he won’t be there… like I just drove from the west end because you guys said we can get in and now they don’t even want to try to accommodate or anything, considering there is a child who’s ill.. and if it’s the same dr from last time that misdiagnosed my son with his atopic eczema I would not trust his work 100% as he took pictures and asked google what it could be. Very unprofessional clinic and not reliable. Only reason I was willing to drive all that way is cause they were the only clinic that was willing to see us as a walk-in. Never again that’s for sure. I wouldn’t even waste your time here. I know I could go to a hospital but who wants to sit there for 5 hours with a busy 2 yr old who wants to touch everything and then get even more sick. No thanks… But thanks for being no help at all family clinic 👍🏼

a year agoThe first time I was here with my kid an the service was quick getting into the rooms,,, an about 10 mins in the rooms way very acomidating, regarding our requirements however this time round. 15 iah mons in waiting room going on 30 mins for in room to see someone. When I got here there was one person in front of me. .... reception seam bored an the main reason I didn't want to come was the gear of catching something cause the air in here I's so closed in the ac isn't even on an they haven't made any patents wear masks.
