This was a very good experience. The Dr. called me back within 2 hours (there were plenty of appointments that day. He was attentive and really helped me out. Very much appreciate being able to get this prescription in such an effiecent way. Otherwise, I know I would have waited forever. The prescript was called in shortly afterwards and I was notified of this by email. Excellent all around. thanks so much. Highly recommend.

I booked my appointment this morning, waited about two hours, had a 10-minute conversation with the doctor, and I was done — prescription sent and ready for pickup. It was so simple and efficient compared to sitting in a walk-in clinic for hours. The doctor was clear, calm, and confident, which made me feel reassured right away. Honestly, I didn’t even know we had access to something like this locally, and I’ve already shared it with two other people this morning. I’m very grateful this service exists. Highly recommend! I found this website while Googling “online free doctor in BC,” and Avee popped up, so I decided to give it a try. It was super easy to fill out my information and enter my PHN so I didn’t have to pay. I booked an appointment and about five minutes later I received a phone call. I only needed a referral to an OBGYN for an IUD removal that requires surgery. I had already tried a few different avenues in my city but wasn’t getting very far. During the call, I explained my situation, she verified the information I had provided, confirmed that I had already had an ultrasound, and was able to put me on a waiting list. Compared to going to a walk-in clinic, waiting for hours, and then explaining everything just to ask for a referral, this was so much easier. If I can avoid doing that, even better! I found this really helpful and would definitely use the service again. And I also downloaded the app!
