a month agoHad such a great experience with Dr. Mona! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and has a really gentle touch,I barely felt a thing during the Botox and fillers. She’s very patient and spent a lot of time explaining the process during my consultation, which I really appreciated. The results look so natural and I’ve been getting tons of compliments. Plus, she’s super honest and doesn't push unnecessary treatments. 10/10 service.I do love that she’s honest and doesn’t try to oversell you. Highly recommend!

3 months agoThis clinic apparently doesn’t believe in answering phones. If you actually need to speak to a receptionist, your best option is to physically walk to the clinic. Every call leads to a long recorded message, after which the system helpfully hangs up on you. Who cares, right? Clearly the assumption is that patients have unlimited time to spare. It’s now been over two weeks since my phone appointment with the doctor from this clinic, and the Radiology still hasn’t received my X-ray requisition. At this point, I don’t expect it to ever arrive. But confirming that would require contacting the clinic - which is impossible, because no one answers the phone. As a result, I’ll now have to book another doctor’s appointment, wasting taxpayer money and everyone’s time, just to ask a simple question: Can you resend the requisition? And then wait all over again. Please stop wasting the time of patients and doctors. Hire adequate staff and learn how to use your phones.

2 months agoThis place. Some of the reception staff are up there as some of the rudest receptionists. They’ll speak right through you and then switch to being bubbly when they speak to the Doctor. Zero service quality from some of them. I wouldn’t go here if I had a family doctor and I didn’t live across the street. I’ve seen Dr. Solgi for a doctors note and prescription refills. He’s often late when clinic opens, and he’s often frantically speed walking around the clinic with his lap top in hand, comes in to see you, gives you little time and attention, barely looks you in the eye, and just wants to figure out how to get you out of the room as fast as possible. I don’t feel like he’s in the room with me when he’s there. There has to be a better way for this doctors office to operate; for the receptionists, patients and medical staff. This is currently a band-aid service. Where you go when you have no place left to go. I’ve been there 8ish times and this is the straw that broke the camels back. Go to Yaletown Medical Clinic. They have double the reception staff, they are friendly, the office is newly renovated, they gave me a same day appointment over the phone, and had my pre—op form filled out by a GP with no issues.

a month agoI have been contacting with Coal Harbour clinic since 17weeks pregnant. Their doctors don't know which hospital does detailed ultrasound. First they send me Downtown radiology, then hospital said they doesn't do detailed ultrasound. Recommend me to BC women hospital, then contact to Coal clinic to giveanother referal to another hospital. But in their system my labour hospital is Saint Paul hospital, instead of sending me to labour hospital their sending referals to manu other hospitals. Receptionist are like robot, they offer you in person clinic instead of phone call to decide everything. Choose another clinic before wasting a lot of time.
