10 months agoAbsolutely Outstanding Medical Clinic! I’m beyond impressed with this brand new, modern facility. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a friendly and helpful front desk team who make the whole process smooth and welcoming. The clinic is accepting new patients, which is a huge relief in a city where finding a good doctor can be tough. They offer both male and female doctors to choose from, all of whom are highly knowledgeable and acknowledged in their fields. It’s clear they truly care about their patients’ well-being. One of the best features is their convenient hours – open every day of the week, including evenings until 7 PM from Monday to Thursday, which is perfect for working professionals. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality care in a clean, modern, and efficient environment.

a month agoI came here as a walk in at the beginning of my pregnancy and received excellent care by 3 different doctors. Dr. Sima, Dr. Marzieh and Dr. Jafari were all excellent in their care. Quick referrals and requisitions. 100% recommend this clinic!!

a month agoDr. Abedi dismissed my concerns about my medication not being effective anymore and blamed it on lack of exercise. My BMI is 22 which is well within the normal range, which she would’ve known had she taken the time to take my weight and height during our meet and greet. She also sent me to a private clinic when I asked for a specialist referral when I had specifically asked for a public clinic. Today, I had an appt with another doctor since Dr.Abedi’s schedule did not align with mine. I waited over 40 minutes in the videoconference before giving up as I had prior engagements to tend to. However, I want to emphasize how thankful I am to have an assigned family doctor as I am aware not everyone is as lucky as me. But I wish I was treated like a patient and not like a number.

2 months agoJust had my first phone appointment and while the doctor was fine, the phone appointment is kind of confusing in the sense of how it’s run. When you book a phone appointment, you choose a time but that’s not actually when the doctor will call you. They will call within 2 hours of that time so you have to be available for 2 hours to wait for the call. I’ve never heard of that from a medical office or any place that accepts appointments. I don’t feel this is worded and stated properly in the consent form. Regardless, I got the lab requisition I was hoping for and the online booking process is easy. I’m looking forward to and grateful to have finally found a doctor! If you’re looking for a new doctor, it was very easy to do so with this clinic.

a month agoI went to the clinic and saw my doctor. For my next appointment, the doctor told me to inform the front desk to schedule it at the end of the day, since it was a procedure and the duration differs from a regular appointment. However, the front desk, in a strict tone, told me, “You must book online.” Even when I explained that the doctor had told me to inform the front desk, their response was, “No, we will do it for you, but this is the last time.” At other clinics, when a patient is present in person, online booking is usually offered as a recommendation, not forced, and the staff are more welcoming. This approach was surprising to me, especially since the doctors at this clinic are very welcoming.
