Keefer Walk-In and Medical Clinic

Very disappointing that Dr Mable Lee has no commitment to her oath to care for her patients. Several years ago my family physician left her practice and I found Dr Lee as a replacement. Thought that we had a good repoir, initially she was great and helped me through a severe back injury handling all thr proper communication with the WCB claim. After years of therapy and rehab life has some what returned to a normal life. It has been a little over two years and I have not seen "my" Dr Lee, however I now need some follow-up with "my" Dr? Sadly to say that I have now recieved an email from her office to say she will not see me. However, this was after weeks of communication delaying an appointment stating that she is not taking any new clients? Upon further communication they then said there was no file on me? I suppose this is a real blessing, who knows what the office or "my" Dr would have missed in treating me. Stay away find someone who cares!

I have used Keefer Clinic for several years and have had dozens interactions with support staff and medical professionals. I have been treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism in all my encounters. Support staff have consistently been prompt, efficient, and sympathetic. Physician care has been professional and proactive. Communication has been clear and my doctor takes time to explain issues, risks and potential outcomes.

Brand new clinic. Awesome service. Friendly staffs. They have setup the place so well. I love the big wall painting of Vancouver city. Staffs where extremely helpfull and mingle wisely with the visitors. Make use of the pre-booking. We hardly tool 2 mins.

Absolutely disgraceful….Dr. Wong is one the most rude, insensitive and dismissive medical professional I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. There is zero compassion for humanity within her and in my opinion should not be allowed to interact with people, especially in sensitive vulnerable positions which often leads people into walk in clinics. Not to mention, they don’t do walk ins, it’s appointment only and they make you have a phone call appointment first (which they bill and get paid for - similar to the Covid time setup when you needed to do phone appointments first) just to say you need to book a second in-person appointment but you can’t book that for another 24hours after the phone call cause they can’t bill for that second if it’s on the same day. Anyways, if there is any way to have the business and staff investigated, I work in health care and I was shocked to interact with so many people (reception included, it wasn’t just Dr. Wong, there’s some toxic negative atmosphere in this place, prob seeping down from the awful doctors) with zero patience, kindness, consideration that people come to see doctors cause they’re concerned or upset or worried…. ZERO…. truly a disgrace of a medical practice. I’m not surprised by the endless bad reviews here. Wow….the number of fake reviews and accounts to try to balance out their 1 star reviews is incredible. It’s fooling no one, please take caution going here. It’s the absolute worst clinic I’ve experienced anywhere.
