I’m not usually the type to complain or write reviews. I'm a new patient and have only been in 3 times. I did read the reviews before deciding to be a new patient and wasn't necessarily expecting the front desk to be difficult to deal with. But unfortunately my first interactions have been frustrating. I asked about an assessment being sent to them because again I am a new client. I was told to contact the other clinic to get it sent to them, they can't request it, I have to. I asked this in person and nothing was said about me needing to sign paperwork in person first. I spoke to the other clinic and it is them who needs to request the assessment. There is no email available to contact this clinic, the hours are very limited and for anything besides wanting to book an appointment you must call. I called and was on hold for sometime which is fine, but when I did finally get through, I was cut off multiple times while I was trying to explain I need them to request assessment. I was told the only way to sign paperwork is to book an appointment to do so, there is no way to do it virtually. So even though it is difficult for me to get there in person within their hours I made the appointment. I was then met with confusion about why I made an appointment to sign paperwork and was told there must have been a misunderstanding, no apology for wasting my time. It was not a misunderstanding at all, they did not let me finish my question on the phone and also I confirmed with them twice it was the only way to sign the paperwork. Obviously I could have signed the paperwork when I had originally asked that specific question in person. The doctor has been kind so far, but unfortunately the reviews about the front desk are true.

What happened to the customer service on this clinic, it used to be super humane and they treat people well. Now the people who answer the phone are very rude and you will hear on their tone of their voice that there is no care at all on their side. I come here because of my Doctor, which is Doctor Bryan Gee an amazing doctor and person. He has been my doctor for years and it used to be super easy to come and see him, the staff before was very accommodating but I don't know why their standard now are very low. This is a medical clinic, it is supposed to be a very important place for people to come and seek comfort because of their concern about their HEALTH.

Worst client and reception service ever! What happened to this place.. No follow up calls or emails updates for upcoming appointments at all ,when you kindly ask them about it if they can.. they treat you like its not there problem.. go figure out yourself type of ish.. They should hire better front people with good morals and not rude people..if you dont like your job go stay home!

The wait times are consistently long—usually at least 30 minutes. The staff often seem uninterested in helping and tend to avoid answering questions. On the positive side, the doctors are competent and do a great job. However, the overall experience is disappointing due to the poor service from the rest of the team. If you don’t mind wasting time, this place might be an option.

I had a very disappointing experience during a recent phone call with Pacific Medical Clinic. The lady who answered the phone was quite rushed and impolite. I had just spoken with the doctor, who told me I could call the office to book an in-person appointment. However, when I called, the front desk staff told me I had to book online instead. After some back and forth, she eventually agreed to book the appointment over the phone. Throughout the call, she repeatedly asked me the same questions, sounded impatient, and her overall attitude was unfriendly. In the end, I decided not to proceed with the booking, and she simply hung up without saying anything. The entire interaction felt very unpleasant and unprofessional. I hope the clinic can improve its customer service, as a more courteous and patient approach would make a big difference for clients seeking care.
