WELL Health Medical Centres - Kensington

This is one of the finest clinics in Vancouver lower mainland. Though I have had some ups and downs, I notice that they always try their best to respond to feedback and improve their services. The doctors I've met are incredibly supportive and helpful, inspite of needing to stick to a very tight schedule - I am amazed at their capacity. And the front desk and administration is stellar.

Walk-ins appointments are maxed out in less than a minute each day. This has made making appointments challenging to say the least. However if you have a family doctor the experience is exactly the opposite. I want to speak highly of Dr. Chio and Dr. Baldelli, whom I have been in the care of at one point or another. Very professional and very reassuring, they answered all my questions and the appointments were on time.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Balpreet Grewal for several years and I’m very happy with the care I receive. She takes time to listen to my concerns, never rushes appointments, and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. She is compassionate, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients’ health and well-being. I feel lucky to have her as my family doctor. Thank you, Maya

Have to agree with most of the negative comments posted here. Service is dismal. Doctors show up late for appointments, visits are rushed and concerns not attended to, and you need to make sure yourself to check with reception if they had in fact informed the doctor that you're in a waiting room. Just so it might happen that you wait literally for an hour, and no one knows that you have an appointment... Reception didn't even acknowledge the problem, let alone own the mistake.

Worst and frustrating expreience as customer. They called me multiple times that asked me to book for family doctor as I was assigned. Website didn't work. I attemped to call back and their phone was always auto-directing to leave msg. I queried by email. They sent the email to book that appointment was scheduled. On the day, they said it was not my child, but another child with same name. They didn't apologize on that. What is such totally unprofessional processing and waste of time?
