Dr Wolf and everyone else thank you for your continued commitments and supports in out community. Not to mention any more names but a handful of you gave me support no money could buy. Dr Wolf thank you for your compassion and understanding. While I have a F.P. now after waiting 10years its still somewhere I would recommend 👌

My 10 year old daughter was really short of breath, I was concerned as she didn’t seem sick but had intense chest pain and struggled to breathe. I was on hold with my GP’s office for so long as it was Monday morning, and they unfortunately couldn’t get her in. I had to get my older son from the rink to school so I wasn’t able to call UPCC right as they opened, I called there by 1030 and was told I would be put on a list and the nurses are reviewing the list and I might get a call, I got called 15 minutes later from a lovely nurse who asked me more questions and booked me an appointment for that afternoon. I am so pleased with their new system, especially as it was very challenging for me to call right at 830. The staff were so pleasant. The nurse I spoke greeted us and remembered me from our chat on the phone earlier. The doctor who saw her was amazing, giving 3 options for next steps and discussed possibilities at great length. As soon as her x-ray results were in, we received a phone call right away with a treatment plan. I’m so impressed and so happy we tried this route! I will rave our story to all of our circle as it was a huge relief to get access to a doctor urgently, get answers and be treated. Thank you!!!

Had a very bad lung infection possibly complicating treatments for other serious issues I'm dealing with. The staff triaged me and got me in asap. After listening to my lungs and checking my stats and history, the Dr started me on medication immediately. In just 1 day I am well on the road to recovery - and should be ok when the other challenges come. In very grateful for the excellent treatment I received.

I am usually happy with my visits, BUT there was an Indian lady in the front desk today, (Jan 3rd) who was extremely rude when I walked in to book an appointment with my family Doctor regarding my back pain. Please make sure other patients get treated well. I believe that was because of my over grown beard. I stayed clam untill I left and I thanked her but this actually hurts alot.

The staff in the lobby were wonderful. My issue is with the doctor I saw. When I told him my list of symptoms he didn’t check anything and simply sat there half listening. He told me that it was nothing but allergies and gave me a prescription for allergy medication and sent me home. I told him that it didn’t seem like allergies since none of my symptoms seemed like allergy symptoms. A few days later I went to another clinic for a second opinion. The doctor there took one look at me and knew exactly what it was. He turned out to be right and said that everything the urgent care had given me was completely useless. The urgent care doctor seemed to just want me out of there as quickly as possible. He didn’t consider any other options and dismissed my other symptoms as not important.
