The kindest “Doctor’s office” i have ever called, entered, and then experienced with a doctor(Dr Pham). Also very clean. And reasonably priced parking. Today is the first time i have felt heard in many years. Dr Pham not only listened to me but asked probing questions, and curiously listened and observed my body movements - differently than i have ever experienced with a doctor. I am often guarded ready to fight for my life at a Dr’s appointment - experiencing pain for a life time and never being heard but Dr Pham was so kind, very attentive to what i was and wasn’t saying, and curious to offer solutions - wow. i cried out of relief in finally being heard. I didn’t feel rushed. Was able to be referred to get an MRI and supports and suggestions for relief of my knee pain, after 2 different drs wouldn’t look at the knee, not even barely touch it. She pressed into the correct pain points. Was very obviously curious to understand and hear me. Feeling hopeful & beyond Grateful. Thank you.

The staff here are incredibly kind. I haven’t had a family doctor since mine retired, and getting an appointment has always been jarring. Be kind to the staff and they will be kind to you. All of the doctors and staff have been very accommodating and supportive. I have been dealing with a sickness for over 6 months, the doctors and staff have been helpful and kind along the way. I’m finally in a place where I feel like a person again. And I have the staff at this hospital to thank.

I got a deep cat bite on my hand this morning. Within 30 minutes of arriving at the clinic, I was seen and got my prescription and a tetanus booster. So pleased with every staff member who helped me! So grateful that they could see me right away!

I was accommodated with a same day appointment, which was appreciated. The speed of the follow-up was not. Staff were friendly, service was adequate, site was clean. Best of luck folks.

It used to be a really good clinic you could call in the morning and get a same day appointment but now they changed that and now its a wait list. I called at 8 am waited on hold for an hour then never received a call back from a doctor so I ended up haveing to go to the hospital emergency room to receive care instead.
