I feel terribly sorry for this review but it needs to be said. I understand that things are hard in the medical field on the island. I really am proud of the people who come in and try hard every day. Buti need to let you know that one of your receptionist is disgustingly rude. I really wish I got their name. All I can do is give you the time I called which was 845 am nov 4. By the time I got through. No big deal on the time wait I understand stand why. This women was just terrible. I barely could get a word through. I had questions about when I could call back and what would work better. I was never rude once I even started by saying good morning how are you which was cut off by a snarky remark. I had to yell wait at one point because she kept trying to hang up. The phone call wouldn’t have been more than 45 seconds at that point. The reason this needs to be heavily addressed is because all I can think about is what would happen if one of my clients called here. I work with neurodivergent people. It’s very hard to motivate them to do anything. If this was the response from your worker after them building the courage to call. It would set them back and likely would destroy any future confidence to take care of themselves. Just something to think about for that lady’s disgusting behaviour. There was never a moment I was rude I was over nice. I had a nice lady I talked to the day before so you know. She had an accent sounded Indian. I very sorry if that’s politicaly incorrect I just want to make sure that women gets praise for going in and being a kind person

To the lady staff from this clinic who called me about a minute ago: I understand you initiated the call to let us know about the result of the X-ray done yesterday. THANK YOU! However, you are very RUDE when I was explaining about our insurance claim and that we’re being asked for a medical note from the attending doctor. You didn’t let me finish, you interrupted me by saying I have to call you back tomorrow or on Friday. I understand you are busy but you are also working on a health clinic, and definitely not a ROBOT that you could not spare a minute or two to listen and give truly human assistance. Hopefully you feel proud on your attitude such that at this very early morning, you ruined some else's start of day. Reading reviews from this clinic, Doctors and the clinic have positive reviews except for this ONE RECEPTIONIST who seemed to have an awful attitude. Hmmmmm!!! True enough based on experience. Watch out SPMC!! One bad apple spoils the bunch 👀 Thx! From your very disgruntled client

I’ve had a family doctor here for years and had one at another clinic for years before. I can’t stress enough that having a family doctor in this country begets absolutely no advantage. The walk-in doctors at this clinic, much like the family doctors there regularly prescribe broad spectrum antibiotics with no mention whatsoever of probiotics. The doctors either don’t care or don’t know any better. Preventative care is not even a concept in Canadian health. The system is not “under stress” or “failing”. It has long since collapsed.

I just phoned the centre to book an appointment for one of the doctors I’ve known ever since I was a child (he’s a great doctor.) I have two knee injuries (one of which I need surgery for and the doctor knows about that) and I just found out I’m pregnant. The receptionist I spoke to operated on the most inhumane, AWFUL conduct I have ever experienced my entire life. I was explaining why I needed to book an appointment and she constantly interrupted saying that you can only see him for one reason. Like I’m sorry??? My knees and pregnancy go hand in hand, I need to know whether I’m cancelling the surgery and if I am, how to heal my knees while I’m pregnant, see if my right knee has a meniscal tear like my left one. If you feel vulnerable and have MORE THAN ONE ISSUE, don’t ever come to this place, that receptionist lady is a nightmare and the most inconsiderate, unkind person I’ve had the misfortune of meeting.

I am so grateful to have Dr. Judelson as my family doctor. He is very professional, kind, and always takes the time to listen carefully to my concerns. He explains everything clearly and makes sure I understand my treatment options. I truly appreciate his patience and caring attitude—he never rushes me and always makes me feel comfortable. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. I feel confident and well cared for with Dr. Judelson, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor.
