DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE! They deserve zero stars. Absolutely horrible walk in. The regular walk in I normally go to is on a holiday so I went here. I went because I previously had strep throat and the medication didn’t take it away. I needed a swab to make sure and antibiotics. I was swabbed by a nurse who didn’t even know how to work the thermometer and checked the results before the time was up. After I was told it was negative the dr gave me a medicine for a viral infection they may or may not work. Around 4pm I was in so much pain and discomfort so I called them back to hopefully go back as it’s very close to my home. She told me that I am not allowed and that I would have to come in the next day. I explained my situation that I feel it wasn’t done right, I’m in horrible pain, I have my kid, and tmrw is Xmas Eve. She still denied me and then hung up on me. I would understand if I was being rude but that wasn’t the case. I was nearly in tears. I then drove 20 mins to another walk in where I was swabbed correctly and I do in fact have strep throat. I was given antibiotics. This is absolutely horrible service and a sad excuse for a walk in. NOTE: DEFINITELY DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!

I arrived 2mins late for the appointment and the receptionist said we were not accepted to see the pediatrician. It was full. Meanwhile every alloted appointment should be at least 15-20mins, how come just 2mins late and it was taken by someone else? I tried my best to take 2 little ones early in the busy morning to get ready. And me myself alone taking care of 2 kids, which made me frustrated not be able to get my kids seen by the pediatrician on time.

This is the second time this has happened, (the first time, I wrote it off as their clinic was packed, and figured they were too busy) But when I went in just recently, there was Only a few people there. I had a very bad respiratory infection, coughing, and my chest and throat felt like a chainsaw was going off in there. My throat was so swollen, it looked like I had a double chin and it was so very painful. The doctor looked in my ears, throat and listened to my chest, and dismissed it as a viral infection, and that it would go away on its own. Told me antibiotics would not help it. Was very short with me, When I tried to tell him my symptoms. I was in so much pain, I called my doctor and begged them to fit me in,(The reason I went to the walk-in was because my doctor couldn’t fit me in), but they got me in the next day. My doctor took one look at me and said you need antibiotics, my throat should never have been that size and it was so swollen. I could barely swallow. I am writing this review the second morning of antibiotics. I already feel better than I did before. These doctors don’t care they just wanna charge the government that you were there. That’s it. They don’t care. I will never go back again.

I came here over a year ago and overheard the pharmacists laughing at patients who had been wrongly employing ozempic medication. I came again today, over a year later to overhear the receptions voice their frustrations about a patient who requests a lot of follow ups. Absolutely unnacceptable. I come to the clinic expecting it to be a place that people can receive judgment free medical care, only to overhear twice now pharmacists and receptionists making disturbing comments when patients would leave. Something should be done about this as it is clearly a pattern.

Doctor service was very poor. I came there because my son is sick waited for so long. Then the doctor saw him for 1min and he said he is fine. I asked him can you check him first before you tell me his fine, because we wont be here if I know my son is fine. He just like checking attendance in every rooms.
