Great clinic and we are lucky it is in the neighborhood. Thank you. This clinic only gets better with time. Dr. Dickson is a great Doctor who cares and looks after his patients and Dr. Jardim is an angel. Her future will be one of greatness. Good luck always Dr. Mariana jardim.

Dr Dickson is amazing! A kind gentleman who takes the time to listen to his clients, yet is efficient. I'm a nurse and appreciate his health assessment skills which saved me many Sundays. I thank and respect his wisdom and work ethic-reliable. Staff is polite:) The community is fortunate to have this clinic.

Poor experience with Dr. Haseeb - dismissive, rude, and basically told me I didn’t have the issue I was coming in for. After going to the hospital I confirmed that I definitely do have the issue, which is serious and urgent. When I asked if I had to come in-person to get blood test results, she laughed and said “how else would you get them?” in a condescending tone - I simply meant to ask if they could give results over the phone. My partner was in the room and agrees with my interpretation of her tone and behaviour, as does my family doctor who I spoke to later. I added a star since I waited about 30 mins on a Saturday (2nd patient at opening) and the receptionist was fine. Calls to the clinic were answered on speaker phone and audible in the waiting area, which was strange in my opinion (but maybe normal practice I’m not sure). Other doctors at this clinic may be better, but I will not be returning. **EDIT — Response to owner’s message: Yes, please contact me at the phone number in my file, or let me know who to contact. I would like to speak to someone about this.

I had a great experience with Dr. Mariana, She’s a knowledgeable and empathetic family doctor who shows kindness to each patient. She carefully listen amd assess carefully what the patient needs. I wish there were more doctors like her.

I had a great experience with Dr. Mariana. She’s not only super knowledgeable and professional, but also very kind and patient. She really takes the time to listen and makes you feel heard, which is something I truly appreciated. She explains everything clearly making sure you understand what’s going on and what the next steps are. You can tell she really cares about her patients.
