I went on a Sunday morning, first thing, and the whole process took maybe 1.5-2 hrs total. The staff are efficient, pleasant, thorough, and it was a relief to get treatment quickly instead of waiting to see my doctor the next day. Despite having only one doctor on duty, everything moved with a practiced efficiency. The waiting area is clean as well. Thank you to all the hardworking staff here.

Best experience ever in a canadian health care facility!! Didn't have to wait a long time, everything was expedited quickly. Twisted my ankle at rock climbing and my boyfriend drove me here and we were registered, seen, xrayed, diagnosed and gone within half an hour. The staff were super friendly and efficient! So much better than waiting 3+ hours in the ER

Told me xray was clear when I have pneumonia.. good thing my family dr is proactive and followed up and prescribed me antibiotics. I went in for an issue about my side needing a ultrasound as well, I checked in and registered before 5 but didn’t see the dr until after 5 and she rudely said “just so you know we only have ultrasound until 5” well.. would be good to know if you posted that online and outside your clinic. Also I was there HOURS before 5!!

The worst doctor on guard today! i was waiting for a long while and then a nurse came and told me to change because they will do some t3sting. I changed and was waiting for the nurse to return and do the tests. After another half an hour or so of waiting, the "doctor" came in a rush and said what seems to be the health issue. Before i even had a chance to say something, he said that there is a long triage and told me to say faster what the problem is. I said really fast, he said he doesn’t seem to see anything urgent and sent me home. First of all there is almost no people here waiting ( I took pictures) and I guess my life doesn’t matter in his opinion . He just didn't care and wanted to ho home.

While my children were waiting to be seen, the triage nurse MARIA shouted at them from behind the glass partition, instructing them to sit down. She then exited the triage area and proceeded to yell at them again in the waiting room. My children were not being disruptive or misbehaving; they were simply walking around quietly, as children often do. I stated they were just kids. In response, the nurse stated that she did not care and that they needed to behave. I reiterated that they were not misbehaving. At that point, the nurse stated, verbatim, “It’s not my fault you raised misbehaving children.” I asked her to repeat herself, which she did. This is disrespectful, inappropriate, and entirely unacceptable. Matters escalated further when the nurse stated she was refusing medical care to my children. This is not the first time this particular nurse has demonstrated disrespectful behavior toward children, and I am concerned that without intervention, similar incidents will continue to occur. Families come to urgent care facilities during stressful and vulnerable moments. No parent or child should be subjected to yelling, personal insults, or threats of withheld care. Thankfully Nurse Jan offered up her deepest apologies and was able to assist us in a secluded room away from Maria who continued to yell that she was going to call the police. Security guard Patrick was absolutely amazing in assisting in the whole situation.
