Wait time can be long, but you can get in the waitlist and run a quick errand and come back and see the doctor. Our family has been seeing Dr Hanna for over 14 years. He has been better than a family doctor. Very knowledgeable, empathetic and takes his time to listen to your concerns. Front staff is amazing but usually overwhelmed with number of patients that come to the clinic.overall always great experience!

every single time ive been here the female doctor i had each tie was very nice she showed she cared about my issues and told me to come back if I needed to she showed she cared and I really appreciate that having so many bad experiences with doctors who rush you out the door or dont take the time to actually figure out what the issue is and how to fix it. taking 3 months to get in to your family doctor I was in and out same day less than one hour from there to the pharmacy which also has great people. with a doctor who listened to me and took the time to talk about each issue and find a solution for it. Told me to come back if I needed to for an on-going issue. didnt treat me like im just someone shell never see again. ten outta ten and what a sweet receptionist thank you for providing me with a mask and being such a delightful person.

Although check in does take a little while, it’s worth the wait. Front desk may seem a bit intimidating but it took me a little while to realize that they normally talk like that to everyone so that you can hear. The doctor here was incredible and checked everything pretty fast. At the end we thanked everyone and felt extremely comfortable. The front desk told us we needed to wait 3 hours but they got us in in 1.5 hours. So yes keep in mind you’ll be in the lobby for a little while but it’s worth it.

I walked into the clinic on Friday @ 4:03 pm. The receptionist said that they were not able to see anymore patients , because they have people with appointments that are to be seen by the next Doctor. I replied well, the door says walk in , so how can you be seeing people with appointments when your not to have appointments. I also mentioned that there was not a soul in the waiting room, so could I not be seen quickly. I was there because I had pasted kidney stones ( small ones) and I just needed a prescription for antibiotics. She insisted that it was appointment only and I Will Not be seen. I left livid and in pain.

Heads up: if you don’t look like you’re literally about to die, expect to wait 3 hours for anyone to see you. On top of this, receptionists will actively try to get you to NOT wait. Lady told me “are you sure you wanna wait 3 hours for an x-ray?”
