Specialist and Walk-In Clinic

I had a great experience at this clinic today. I spoke with Dr. Iqbal who was very knowledgeable, explained everything he said to me in detail (even showed me a diagram) and was very caring, professional, and helpful. I was seen immediately and was in and out in 15 minutes. The man working the front desk was also very polite and kind. There’s also a pharmacy in the same building so you can easily submit your prescriptions which is a bonus. Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a smooth, easy walk-in clinic experience.

I visited this clinic recently. The doctor was very kind and professional, and I really appreciated the care and treatment I received. However, my experience with the receptionist was disappointing. The tone and manner of communication felt unwelcoming and somewhat disrespectful, which made me feel uncomfortable. Front desk staff are the first point of contact for patients, and respectful communication is very important. I hope the clinic can improve the front desk experience.

I have now seen Dr Muhammad on several occasions. He is very knowledgeable and definitely knows is stuff! Very friendly and gets to the point on figuring out a solution to my issues each time. It's always quick and easy ,making each visit a breeze. 100% recommend this walk in clinic. Dr Muhammad is fantastic!! I wont see anyone but him now. Keep up the great work . Scott Badour

Excellent service. The Dr took the time and answered all my questions which was very nice. And the receptionist was very friendly and attentive as well. I was seen extremely fast for a walk-in clinic on a Saturday which shocked me. Would recommend to anyone.

⚠ ATTENTION – Extremely Unprofessional, Greedy, and Dishonest Behavior I want to share my extremely bad experience with Dr. Muhammad Iqbal and his receptionist Zuber. Both were rude, unprofessional, greedy, and dishonest in their conduct. We decided to visit this clinic after reading many positive Google reviews, but our experience was completely opposite. My 84-year-old mother, who is in Canada on a visitor visa, was in severe discomfort and unable to sit or stand for long. Despite her fragile condition, Dr. Muhammad Iqbal refused to see her until we paid $100 in cash upfront. I explained that I didn’t have cash at that moment but was ready to pay by credit or debit card, yet they rudely insisted on cash only. I politely requested that the doctor check my mother while I quickly went to the bank to withdraw the money. However, both Dr. Iqbal and his receptionist refused, showing zero compassion. While I was away, my wife stayed with my mother and pleaded with them to attend to her since she was feeling unwell, but these greedy individuals refused again. They showed no empathy, respect, or professionalism, and acted only out of greed for cash. Feeling helpless and insulted, my wife had no choice but to cancel the appointment. When I returned with the cash, I asked the doctor why he treated my elderly mother in such a cruel and unprofessional way. My wife even offered to pay $25 immediately and the remaining amount upon my return, but they still refused. This experience was deeply disappointing, unethical, greedy, and dishonest. I truly question the authenticity of the positive reviews that led us there. No patient—especially an elderly one—should ever be treated with such disrespect and lack of humanity.
