Very grateful for the quick and diligent care of all the staff here. They made a very scary visit very simple to endure. I know Canadian Healthcare gets a bad rap, but honestly there are some really good Dr’s / Nurses / Triage teams left, and they work here. So thank you very very much, me and my family are grateful for you all 🙏🏼

Great care. But as of last year or so. It seems they are rushing you out the door. Busy I get that. But my health care can not be rushed. Great staff, great service. Very accommodating for Avery's Autism as well.

Very professional and friendly staff. Went there this morning due to lower back pain . I was in a mood but they matched my sarcasm in a way where I smiled and laughed. It cheered me up. I just moved to Stoney Creek and now know where to go whenever im injured. Solid place.

I’ve been here a few times always bleeding or metal in my eye or something I can’t take care of myself,I’m always in and out within 4hrs.thanks team! It probably wouldn’t be 4hours if these reviews and people with wood splinter or scrap on their finger would deal with that childish issue themselves!thanks for wasting tax payers dollar and time, some of us have sheet metal hanging out of our front arm.sorry you have a tummy ache and need URGENT CARE

Aug 11. Care needs for back injury, pulled muscles lifting heavy totes. Dr ordered Toradol IM. A student RNA, who did not say her status proceeded to give the injection in gluteus Maximus site. She did not square off the site . She shoved in the needle , no draw back to make sure she wasn’t in a vein. Immediately blood started pouring out , as witnessed by my husband. It took 2 bandage changes to stop the bleeding. That meant that I received no med . It took 2 weeks for any pain relief. Student & her mentor just said the skin has many capillaries. I should have asked for an incident report to be made out I now have painful difficulty walking due to a nerve hit / damage. What now ? Just live with it ? How can that student & her mentor be advised to do better !
