My experience at this clinic today was outstanding. The administrative process is streamlined. Presentation of a valid health card is required and the waiting room management is exemplary. I particularly appreciated the transparency of the digital patient list and the clear audible announcements, which removed the uncertainty often associated with walk-in visits. Wait time was remarkably reasonable (under 15 minutes). Beyond the efficiency, the atmosphere is genuinely welcoming. The physician and pharmacy staff were friendly, and the receptionist, in particular, was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this facility for anyone seeking organized and attentive weekend care.

Dr. Ahsan is an excellent doctor who always listens carefully and is very knowledgeable. I really appreciate the time and attention given during appointments.Receptionist, is friendly, helpful, and makes the whole experience smooth from the moment you walk in. It’s also very convenient that they have a pharmacy inside the clinic — the service is efficient and fast. Overall, a great experience every visit.

I visited this walk-in clinic last Friday with pain in the right side of my abdomen. Dr. Mohsin Ahsan quickly assessed my condition and suspected it could be appendicitis. He immediately provided a referral and sent me to the hospital emergency room. Thanks to his timely diagnosis and quick action, everything went smoothly at the hospital, including the surgery. The receptionist at the clinic was also incredibly kind and helpful—she handled everything efficiently and made the process easy and stress-free. Dr. Mohsin Ahsan is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen—very kind, compassionate, and truly caring. From my personal experience, I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality care and professionalism. The clinic also has good parking, which makes the visit even more convenient.

I would like to strongly advise not to visit this facility if you are an international student or not covered by OHIP. The clinic will not charge based on fee set by OHIP but rather set by their parent company Verismo Health. So they charged me $120 for 15 min doctors visit instead of $38, a fee set by OHIP because of "their code". My health insurance will only cover the fee set by OHIP so paid $82 out of my pocket but very disappointed by the lack of information that they don't honor OHIP guideline and charge double those without OHIP so those who are mostly temporary residents or international students, don't visit here unless your insurance is willing to cover the fee set by Verismo Health.

Had a good experience! Longest part is waiting to be called. If you are behind a couple of people, the system will send you a text once there are only 1-2 people left on the waitlist if you want to wait outside or go next door. I was out of the office in about 5 minutes and picked up my prescription promptly. They have extra masks you can take if you don’t have one! Be aware they charge an extra fee for credit cards at the pharmacy but no big deal.
